Good store if you shop after 9 am no cashier's on duty until then!

Amazing Store and the employees know us by name. They make sure we all have what we need, and always check in while we are shopping.

Awesome store great staff I was very pleased with the service and shopping experience. A young woman helped me sign up for a credit card and saved me money she was so nice very very friendly great personality made my trip to the store a memory to never forget

I bought a Toro snow blower and the person that helped was knowledgeable about the snow blower I purchased, he said he had the same one that I got and he had his for 2 years and worked just fine,

Sales associate Kevin McGilvery in appliances patient, kind, knowledgeable, friendly. Store clean and stock in store is great. In 2016 my granddaughter was pregnant with complications related to heat in her apartment and after 3 hours of looking for an air conditioner anywhere in Genesee County, we found a unit she can't live without right there with at least 50 other ones. It was a serious heatwave and 2 of us googled everyone as my husband drove and went in anyway. This is worth a little ride for the best service in town folks. Reasonable prices too.

This store location seems to have an abundance of happy and helpful employees that work there. And they are always ready to help, its like going to a small town hardware shop where local town folks are kind and friendly.

I have always been able to find what I needed to buy. When needing assistance from the staff, they have been available, pleasant and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop at this Flushing store; it's clean, products are well labeled and it has been fairly easy to shop and not waste time looking for what I need and want to buy.

Im 53 and appreciate the customer service. Always helpful. And if that person don't know, they wont hesitate to find the person who can help, or they will always help u find what u need, take u right to it. The bathrooms are always clean. Just saying cuz my bladder isn't as good as it once was.. Too many energy drinks. Home Depot very helpful to me. Have not had bad experience. Always leave smiling. Thank you all.

EMPLOYEES ARE VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! BUT I WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE OR ANY STORE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A LIVE PERSON AT THE CASHIER REGISTER! I AM A CUSTOMER AND I EXPECT TO SEARCH, FIND, AND SELECT THE ITEMS I NEED TO PURCHASE, BUT I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE AND I AM NOT GOING TO DO THE WORK OF THE CASHIER AS WELL. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED NO CASHIER, NO CUSTOMER!

We received first-rate service from the Manager today at the Home Depot store on Pierson. We had a specific request. He did some checking and made it happen. We are thrilled with the time he took and what he was able to accomplish for us. Thanks, Doug!

On 9/11/2018 I shopped at your store. Lori (cashier) and employee Jarrod made my shopping trip pleasant because of their helpfulness and friendliness. Lori brought to my attention that an item I planned to purchase was on sale although it was not posted. She referred me to Jarrod to make sure that I was getting the proper items to complete my project. Jarrod was extremely patient and answered all my questions. He also loaded my trunk and they were both overall very nice.

The store was clean, well marked and well lit. Prices are competetive.

I sympathize for the person who is rotated as the single cashier for the store. This is the third time in a row I've had to wait approximately 15 minutes in line. My cahsier was very friendly and inviting, but customers are already in a bad mood by the time they get to her from having to wait so long. I assume that person has to hear about it regularly even though they couldn't avoid it.

They are very helpful, and everyone of the employees you meet in the store always greet you with a kind hello, and can i help you with something. I think that is awesome, customer service. They go over and beyond their duties to help you find what you are looking for. They always and everytime i go there they really kick in what customer service should do and I come out wanting to make the world a better place by speaking to people and helping people who can not help themselves. They make you feel good........

The store is located close to home, but the selection of many products is lacking. The employees are typically good with information, but many are not very knowledgeable when questioned about information being requested. I have also noticed that some products are not located in areas that one would think they would be. An example was an outdoor cleaner called Spray & Forget. it was located at the opposite end of the store under roofing cleaners. An employee knew that and sent me to the exact isle. Basically the store is a little short on certain items and missing knowledgeable employees to provide proper direction.

clean, stocked, all the associates are friendly and helpful. At this store you do not have to look for help there is some one looking to help you in any way. Every one is knowledgeable. If you go to this store you will have a excellent shopping experience.

This store is well staffed with helpful customers service representatives. I usually don't shop on this side of town but I happen to be in the area.
