Everyone was very helpful; the store was well stocked and clean.

One of the things I like best about this Home Depot is that I can send my wife there, and HD people will treat her with respect, provide timely, accurate advice, and send her home with exactly the right products. I can't thank Matt enough for the way he helped my wife select precisely what we needed to install a dishwasher.

Unfortunately the employees were poorly trained but then again it was Sunday so the good ones were home napping. I would go back if Every other home and hardware store in a 100 mile radius disappeared but other than that I would never frequent that store again. I Dealt with four unfriendly under-trained employees, and exactly one good one.

Of all the Home Depots in Genesee County, the one on Pierson Road is the best. Employees take the time to help you and go out of their way to explain products. Shelves are stocked and everything is neat and clean!

Best Homedwpot around the flint area. Everyone is so helpful and I'm so grateful they allow to bring our kids in the store even with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Had to get my own shopping cart from outside. When I went to sanitize it, I sprayed the cart and there were only wet rags there to wipe it dry. How many people have used the same rag to wipe off there carts. Why did you not have a big roll of paper towel to use to wipe off the carts and a garbage can to discard the towels? Sanitize vs Covid-19.

I Would like to Thank the Staff for their Diligence in Caring for the Directions Given by Health officials Concerning the Covid19 Virus. I felt they had my concerns in mind while I Shopped. I Definitely Will Shop Again! Thank You. Jim C.

Shop here on an almost daily basis for our businesses and the staff is always so helpful. Very thankful to have a Home Depot in Flushing

great store to buy paint supplys

I had a great experience at this store. 2 employees helped me with find the correct item for my application and Lori at the check out was very nice. Put a smile on my face and will last the day.

This store is the best kept store out of the three in the Flint, MI area. I know that they strive to be clean and neat and that is important to me. I appreciate the effort of all employees. If a store is unkempt, I will not return. There is NO reason for a store to be sloppy.

Just terrible service, no one will help you in this store, associates run from you and will not answer any questions! Had to go to the Hill Rd. location just to get paint for one job, and go to Court St. to get paint for another! Who are the managers in this location because they either don't care or not there, has to be one or both! If you really want to be ignored go stand by the lumber dept. One lady stayed on the phone so long about her boyfriend I started to give her some advice because she obviously didn't care about me needing paint! One guy came to mix it and I told him I had to get something from hardware and I'll be back, came back trying to ask her where the paint was she just kept on talking so I just walked out and went to Hill Rd.

store was clean and they had good deals on their products but when it came time to leave there were no I repeat no cashiers I guess you just walk out with the products I was tempeted to do just that after waiting around for 10 to 15 min finally I went to the pro desk to check out but I was thinking of just leaving and leave the cart full of products sitting there come on people hire some cashiers please we do not work there NO SELF CHECKOUTS UNLESS YOU PLAN ON PAYING ME TO BE THERE

Great customer service

We prefer to shop at this store because it is close to home and we are familiar with the layout but mostly familiar with your friendly staff. Always able to find what we are looking for sometimes with help from a courteous staff member.

Too small, understaffed, limited inventory. Often no human cashiers. Only 2 of the 4 self check-outs take cash, leading to lines for no good reason. Two good things: a couple staff are friendly and helpful, and it's the only home improvement store near where I live.

Great people there and great prices!

Not happy with stores that have few employees and no choice but to use self checkout. Will only shop Home Depot on rare occasions because of this.
