Fun and knowledgeable staff. Enjoy the large and open store. Look for all my home improvement needs there! Only thing is bathrooms need updating.

Great Home Depot! Had the items we needed at good prices. Ken, the Assistant Manager as Awedome as well as the appliance personnel.

Home Depot is the only store we got in nogales. If in a rush can’t think in driving to Tucson.... The cashiers with the bad attitude is what poops this store. .

Every time my husband & I come to purchase different items from this store we have always been greeted with very friendly and welcoming associates. They have always asked us if we needed help, and if we did, offered helpful advice. We always look forward to doing business at this Home Depot!

I have found that this store has one of the best group of employees. They go above and beyond to help. I have been in every section of that store shopping and every employee and every group are great I cannot say enough good things about the store.

Sales associate, Deedee in the garden section, knew her merchandise beautifully and took the time to help me in several different departments. I had questions about landscaping and irrigation that I had literally tried at three other stores to get answered, and she was able to answer them all and finally get my projects started in less 30 minutes. This kind of salesperson is worth their weight in gold, and if I knew she was on the floor 5 days a week, I would ALWAYS go out of my way to use this particular store.

The customer service in this store was terrific. I had help in each department that was knowledgeable and friendly. This will be my go to store while I am here in the winters.

This store is the BEST! Everyone is so friendly and helpful here. Also, they do a better job at having items in stock in quantity than many other locations. If a customer has a question and the associate is unsure about the product, they know how to access information online and gladly do it. Worth it to come here!

The store is well layed out and products are easy to find and well labeled. The appliance department manager was very helpful and we'll informed about the items I wanted to buy. Keep up the great customer service.

The employees helped me when I needed help and I didn’t have to track one down for help.

I had found the item on display but wanted it unassembled in package. Asked for help locating it and a associate was called and we got it. Wish I had thought to get his name as he was very good at following your safety rules and customer service.If all people in the store are as friendly and helpful you will get 5 stars always.

The employees of the Nogales Store, most of them do not understand what is the meaning of "CUSTOMER SERVICE"

It is the only store here in Nogales, but I do visit the store alot from cleaning supplies to flowers and I find alot of plants

We find the Nogales, AZ Home Depot most helpful in our home maintenance, garden department and paint departments especially helpful, and knowledgeable and equipped with the right products to fit our needs! We actually enjoy shopping there!

Overall the store was great, what satisfied me the most was the Customer Service help I got, one of them was Antonio which he helped get me the all the supplies I needed and the other was Lorena at the checkout stand who was really nice and friendly making sure I got everything I needed. Very unprofessional employees it is such a disappointment to know THe Home Depot has these type of people running their store. No one was ever helpful!

The Nogales Home Depot demonstrates superior management and personnel. My family does all its home supply shopping here, from lumber and light fixtures to appliances and toilet paper. We are working on a fixer-upper and rely on Home Depot for everything.
