While entering the store everything is very well organized and easy to find. I always find that its easy to find an employee that eager to help you. The store is always clean and there are employees cleaning. Even if the employee is in the middle of doing something, they are always very quick to stop what they are doing and assist you with whatever you might need help with. Thanks

Need to leave lumber carts for the customers!!!!

What a great experience redesigning our kitchen. Missy went above and beyond and help us with anything we could think of! From cabinets to sinks, faucets to range hoods, she was knowledgeable about everything!

Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Waited over an hour to be loaded with landscape timbers. After an hour we asked about our wood and was asked if we wanted to load it ourselves. Very disappointing! Cashier didn’t know how to ring the stuff up.

The sales associate are friendly and more than helpful They seem to enjoy their jobs

All associates that I have encountered are always willing to help.

Great store...clean and well stocked

Way too busy and way too understaffed. Can never find anyone. DO NOT order a pickup order and expect to be filled same day. 3 in a row all took more than 24 hours. The last one took almost 48 hours to fill.

I realize these are stressful times but employees seemed very unhappy that people were in the store shopping. It was difficult to find anyone to help me place an order. Most employees were talking with other employees. I have been very disappointed with the response from the store regarding a problem with an installer.

I am loyal to this store. They have always had what I need and everyone is always so helpful.

Customer service at the paint department and flooring were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction of what I needed to purchase.

The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again!

Went in looking for a product that the website said was in stock. Things happen and the websites are not always as accurate as we would like. Management made sure that I left with the product I needed and was satisfied with my experience at Home Depot. They did not have to go out of their way to make sure I was happy. That is good customer service. Not easy to find these days.

I have had very good experiences at this location. The employees are courteous and eager to help. I will continue to shop at this location.
