I would like to recognize the staff, they are friendly and willing to assist you in the store. They also show good customer service skills on mine visit there.!

Ordered a Samsung dishwasher on 3/23. It was delivered on 4/10. When the guys removed the box it was dented. The bottom of the door had about a 3" deep dent in it. It looks like someone kicked it hard. I was told someone would call within two days to reschedule. Three days later someone finally called. They said my delivery date would be 4/24. A full month after the order. I asked for a quicker delivery date and was told that the delivery schedule is based on the orders. I said that my order was a month old, the original was damaged and my delivery should be priority. The guy said, "OK, your delivery date is the 24th", like he made it better. I called about a partial refund for the hassle and delay. After 53:37 on the phone they refunded me $86.64. Absolutely horrible customer service. Problems should be priority, and if your schedule is based on order sequence then my order isn't a "new" delivery. It should be put at the top of the list. I won't shop here again, online or in person.

If you want to buy a riding lawn mower you better bring patience, a jump pack, and some gas.

Store is not friendly, pro desk for ordering is a joke and staff beyond unfriendly. Visit another store. Peachtree City store is very helpful and friendly!

I recently purchased custom cabinets for a kitchen remodel. I had the great fortune of working with Missy. She is fantastic; knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. If you need custom cabinets I recommend a trip to see Missy at the Newnan Home Depot

The store was clean the associates was nice and everything were pleasant to shop at Home Depot in Newnan.

Today I purchased a 37" Bluetooth soundbar for my nephew. When I got it home I heard some rattling in the box and though I did not want to open it as it was a gift I discovered that the item was used and likely returned by another customer. There was no indication that the item had been returned to the shelf. How disappointed would my nephew have been had he opened his gift on Christmas to find his new gift was actually a used item. There should have been some kind of markings or indication that the item was returned open box item and not new. Home depot betrayed my trust today.

The store is clean and orderly although it is small or feels small when the main isles are full of sale items that make it hard to navigate with Covid. Great store!

Our 5 star experience at the Home Depot in Newnan had everything to do with the associate who helped us with our appliance purchases- Missy. Upon approaching her for help, she was pleasant and full of information about the products we were interested in. The washer dryer we were interested in was available for the date we needed it delivered and she rang up the sale... offering us a coupon with a home depot cc... so we applied and received a home depot cc - Our next item - refrigerator - the model we wanted was not available until Nov. 1- Missy took the model we initially wanted and searched for a similar model for an earlier delivery... she did not stop until she found a model almost identical to the one we came in for and for a better price! on top of which we applied the coupon to the purchase price...needless to say we were thrilled with our purchases and the service ... Thanks Missy!!
