I love this Home Depot the most out of most Home Depots I have been too. Just wish there were more employees that were educated in a specific aisle in the aisles that they know most about. Instead of having to search for an employees that is most likely already helping a customer and has two separate groups already waiting for their turn to ask their questions, etc.

THE ASSOCIATE NAMED JOEY IS AN EXCELLENT AND EXEMPLARY EMPLOYEE. HE SHOULD BE THE STANDARD FOR THE ENTIRE STORE. I LOVED DEALING WITH HIM BECAUSE OF HIS ATTITUDE, PERSONALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM. THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT JUST STOOD UP AGAINST BORDER OF THE CHECK OUT REFUSING TO BE OF ANY ASSISTANCE WHILE GETTING A PAYCHECK. PLEASE PUT ASSOCIATES THAT DON'T WANT TO ASSIST THE PUBLIC IN THE BACK DOING STOCK INSTEAD OF OUT ON THE FLOOR. IT'S RIDICULOUSLY INSULTING TO SOMEONE PAYING FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS TO BE FORCED TO DEAL WITH SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T WANT TO EXIST YOU. PLEASE GIVE JOEY A RAISE AS HE WILL KEEP CUSTOMERS RETURNING TO STORE.

This visit was better than most as associates overall were friendly, ready and willing to assist when asked or not. The store was fairly clean and I found most of what I wanted.

THAT STORE IS REALLY ORGANIZE EVERYTHING IS AESE TO FINE AND OLSO PEAPLE AWAYS ASK YOU IF YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING.

The store is always full stocked and easy in and out. Everyone is helpful as well. Kudos to John and Vinny who helped me when I misplaced my cell phone. Thew New Ro Store has been my go to HD for about 20 Years. Keop up the good work!

always fully stocked department workers are very helpful the bathrooms are clean,love the plants and flowers such a huge variety. one of my favorite stores .

I was able to get everything that I needed during my last visit. The store employees were readily available when I needed assistance and the cashier was super fast and friendly. I didn't have to wait in line at all and was able to get back to work right away with all the materials and supplies that we needed. Would recommend this Home Depot location one hundred percent!

I absolutely believe That the workers can do better and be more attentive to customers especially the elderly .

The store is good and could be great if you can find an associate or employee for the right department to assist you. Overall when you can find someone they usually very friendly and knowledgeable, in general you can find the product you need to get the job down whether simple home or contractor repair or renovation

Employees are helpful and the store is organized

One of the smaller stores parking hard but it a great store to go to continent clean and always happy to shop there. Prefer this store over Yonkers store I find this a. Organized clean Home Depot and I go to everyone in South Florida. North East Connecticut and Westchester Rockland. Really have nothing but good recommendations.

Store was wonderfully clean and accessible. Easy to find someone for questions and directions for navigating the store. My elderly mother thoroughly enjoyed our trip here, for several reasons, but leading amongst them, was the Garden Center. The combination of beautiful plants and thoughtful seating was inspiring, for those of us that have been couped up in the city due to Pandemic Life. It was the most refreshing experience we've had in a year. Thank you, New Rochelle... The service, the friendliness, the time spent explaining things thoroughly, and the genuine interest in making sure you have a wonderful environment at this site is encouraging and enamoring. Thanks for showing us so much love. We'll be back.

Check your receipt, i was charged for 12 more plants than I purchased, unfortunately i didnt check my receipt until I got home.

Today I had an associate in plumbing help me find parts for a dishwasher replacement. Lincoln was fast and knowledgeable about his area and materials on hand THANKS !

By entering this store I was anxious, because of the plumbing item was looking for was hard to find and this was my second store. Ramom R. on isle 9 made eye contact and right away addressed my questions pulled out the ladder and started looking for the part I was looking for, he was professional, looked happy to be there and happy to help me, he was kind and polite and with a few minutes he had the part on his hand. Thank you Ramon, I hope this store will appreciate you as much as I do.

Most of the Worker's are professional and helpful. There are some Worker's, in my experience, who really do go above and beyond. Overall, this is one of the better Home Depot stores.

I always feel at home in this store. I travel to this store as opposed to shopping in the two stores closer to my home.

Marie stayed with me for over an hour while I tried to return an online appliance purchase - it was a clown show but she made call after call on my behalf. She was a total pro -- Home Depot, get her picture on that wall!!

Was at the store for Christmas clearance Sunday 2 days after Christmas no signs posted of discounts went to customer service was told 50% so I took my time shopped for all the items I was interested in at check out some items were coming up 10% mention d it to cashier she went to check while I waited and waited and waited tells me manager said discounts were 10%_50% I said what that’s not what I was told 2 days after Christmas employee were not helpful they actually acted like they rather be some where else I love Home Depot for my home renovations put will stick to my stores In Connecticut

Started day on a mission and went to purchase all items needed. Parking, getting a cart, and entering safely while distancing during COVID was easy. With list in hand, staff was readily available to direct to the correct aisle(s) and help insure that all connectors/adaptors/fittings/hoses etc that were necessary worked together. Checking out was a breeze and though one item needed to be entered manually because it could not be scanned, the cashier was over immediately to correct the problem. Employees were extremely helpful and genuinely happy to provide assistance. Proceeded home, put everything together and went to work. Task completed thanks to HOME DEPOT 1245
