They need to light up the parking lot it’s an open door for thieves

I took my 5 year old son to this store and they have attack dogs, guys in bullet proof vests and guns. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY, ESPECIALLY LITTLE KIDS TO THIS STORE!!

The New Rochelle Home Depot is my go-to store. Always has what I need and the store is neat and well-organized for such a busy store.

I bought the perfect light bulb and thanks to Frank, an employee in Home Depot, he helped us find it.

I am not sure this store has any management. 7 out of about 10 self checkout machines don't and haven't been working for a while. However, it doesn't seem that anything is being done about it as this has the case for more than a month.

Staff were friendly, the item I wanted was not in stock despite what was listed on the website. That was not a problem. I got an alternative item. My issue is I almost threw my back out because the shopping cart with heavy cargo locked as I was pushing it through the exit after paying for my merchandise. Please remove this feature immediately. Whoever thought that this strategy for loss prevention was a good idea you are wrong. Paying customers should not have to suffer and potentially get hurt after spending their hard-earned money. Shame on you Home Depot.

When I came in to the homedepot store Bree was the first person to greet me . She did an amazing job with helping me with what I needed. Just her taking her time out to help me was amazing.

The staff! RECOGNITION AND PRAISES should be given to Mr. Dennis, Patrick, Mike & Shalom for their assistance! Mr. Dennis spent about 45 minutes to an hour helping us locate different cabinets for my grand mothers kitchen. Patrick assisted with taking a few cabinets down off of high shelves. Mike & Shalom assisted with loading the cabinets into the truck we rented. Through out this process everyone was pleasant. I know this is apart of their jobs but this was no easy task!

The strong parts of this location, are Hardware, Tools, Electrical, and Plumbing, I have had some good advice and found parts for an old home located in the plumbing department, good people in this section of the store

I got two amazing white bird of paradise indoor plants that are 7 feet tall and i'm extremely happy. I've been seeing them online but didn't want to pay 800$. the two i got here were priced very well and look perfect.
