The cashier LINDA was very rude. Not only she was only gossiping instead of working, she bad mouth about customers to to her colleagues. She gave hand gestures saying this customer is crazy, etc. That was very unprofessional! I came here to get 13 ft chain. The man who helped me wrote the wrong sku and did not put down the measurement. I went back and took a picture of the sku. She would not put it in. She said oh no it has to be a homedepot person who give me the sku. We cant use the sku you took. We also have to remeassure your chain to make sure it is the right ft.

Catherine is the go to for item returns/exchanges. Her knowledge & experience is top notch. Quality dedicated helpful employee

My husband and I went to this store to look for a showerhead. We had asked the employee Chuck for help and he was great! this store is clean and well stocked and any employee we spoke to was polite and happy to help us.

I’m always there 2 to 3 times a week i purchases all my cleaning supplies at the Bensalem Home Depot their cheaper than the Acme I spend a lot of money there paint,brushes,I just bought calk paint and someone helped me with that I never leave that store without spending 100.00 dollars and I lived by myself I can’t wait until the plants come in

I needed a certain tool cabinet (s) for gifts and got the last of the bigger cabinets

Extremely helpful. Rajae was the best at solving all our issues. We are recently remodeling our house and had many problems when it came with our appliances, Rajae gave us the best option at picking what was best for us as well as doing things as quick as possible and letting us know exactly when our things when come in. One of the best workers I’ve ever seen

Not enough employees available to answer customers' questions. I left the store with only one the items which I intended to buy due to lack of service.

When I first moved here from Delaware, I built an addition to my daughter’s home. Home Depot in Neshaminy was my “GO-TO” store from all appliances, to Velcro hangers, to kitchen utensils, etc. Home Depot had everything I needed and more, and usually bought more! One of the associates, Kathy, always recognized and yelled Hello! Friendly atmosphere.....know the products now and where to go without having to ask! Thank you Home Depot.

Depends on what you are shopping for I was in bath getting a vanity saw No one then asked 2 people for help and was told they would get someone and did NOT had to go to front of store and said I would give them 5 minutes or I was leaving .Finally got someone after 25 minutes. Checkout people were very Friendly and Helpful. Did not ask if we needed help putting Vanity in our truck ,two very nice Gentleman pulling out helped us.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I LOVE THIS STORE! They are so helpful and go above and beyond. Unlike "the other store" in the next shopping center over is horrible, night and day! It's always a pleasure dealing with HD reps, "the other store" blows you off and literally walks away from you, it's unreal and unbelievable to be honest.

If you are within forty five minute drive time to this location, do not waste your time going anywhere else.

This particular Home Depot was awesome! The customer service and shopping experience far exceeded my wildest expectations. I live in Philadelphia and drive to you in order to do my shopping and will continue to do so. It was so worth the extra time to get there. THANK YOU!!!

The store is very clean, well maintained and knowledgeable workers, pleasant workers.

On 01/16/21 I went into this Home depot looking for a Milwaukee impact driver. I was helped by a gentleman named Chris from the hardware/tool department. Chris was very courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. Chris is the reason I will be coming back to this home depot for the future.

I will never going to shop at this Home Depot again. I did not appreciate the treatment that one of its staff was giving me. Instead of treating me like a value customer, I was treated like a criminal and being discriminate against. It all started when an employee worked at the self checkout area had her eyes on me the entire time while I was doing my self checkout procedure (scanning items from cart). After I had paid for my entire purchase, she (Home Depot employee) approached me and asked to check on my receipt. I have had no problem with it but I do have a problem with the fact that this employee did not treat other customers like she did to me. She did not have her eyes on other customers during their self checkout procedure or ask to see their receipts. What I really furious about is that this is a repeat occurrence.
