I just bought this and the lawnmower was very easy to put together. I believe I have got this at a good price.

They always make me feel special and take the time to listen to my stories and make sure I get what I need.

I hate this Home Depot! Everytime I go there, the aisles are packed with carts full of products or online orders, so customers can't easily get to the products they are looking for, much less push a cart there and get products on their own cart. It was like that this past weekend when I tried to by 2 x 4 sheets of plywood. I couldn't figure out how I could my cart to the area where I wanted to shop, much less how I would pull a 2 x 4 sheet out to get on my own cart. Then at checkout, the clerk was talking every in the Pro line into signing up for a credit card. It took so long to check out. When we finallly got to the checkout, she apologized for the delay, but then tried to talk us into signing up for one. I told we had already been in line way too long to stay in the store any longer. It's also impossible to get find help. Recently I was there to ask questions about paint, but there was nobody working in the paint section who could answer questions. We had to wait like 15 minutes for them to find someone who USED to work in the paint department.

I always shop homedepot it’s easy everything is neat and easy to find. All the employees are friendly from the paint section to the rugs I have spent so much money at Neshaminy Home Depot and I can’t wait until their garden section opens

Shopping for holiday gifts and pressed for time I found exactly what I needed online. However, when the item arrived to was not what I ordered. As a result I was required to drive to the store for a refund and reorder the original item. It was worth the trip as the customer service associate stayed after her shift ended to make it right. every associate I met was most accommodating, helpful and patient. Thank you Home Depot Bensalem store and your associates.

Very confused as to why the store would except damaged products when shipped to the store and then try to deliver to the customer as if there was nothing wrong with it.

Had a few things to return one of which I did not have a receipt for and Hames was the cashier / customer service guy that helped me. He was such a great guy with the best personality- helped me no problem and had to get the manager to override something- not sure of her name but she was also very helpful and kind. Easy and pleasant experience!

Made an online pickup order for a ring doorbell battery. They put it in the pickup locker. When I picked it up the box was opened and the battery was used or a customer return or something. Tried to get a new and unopened one but customer service was clueless how to handle. After wasted time I just asked for a refund. Now I am stuck with store credit that I can't even use online.

Purchased Lifeproof Dusk Cherry Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. Madison explained need for vinyl sheeting and foam underlayment for our family room slab. She assisted with paint selection and even mixed the paint for us! Complete sales experience!

Both the cashier self checkout and the pro desk check out we're very unhelpful and very unfriendly. As an economy where retail stores are becoming less of a thing you might want to be more inclined to go to the stores with more friendly people. Instead you're pushed away by unfriendly people.

Will was very friendly and helpful with my mulch purchase. When I asked him about other items I was interested in I was very impressed that he not only knew where they were located but the price as well. When I offered him a tip for his hard work and friendly service he refused. Overall a very pleasant experience and a great way to start my day!!

We purchased $700.00 in Bathroom shower kit and building material. It took us forever to find the correct items. The shelves are disorganized. We could not find help. Amazing how an Excellent store has deteriorated. We have been buying at 20 years. No one was available to help us for Bathrooms and Shower. We had to lift the items ourselves. One employee said not his dept to help.

Thank you George for your assistance in helping us pick out our new LG kitchen appliance package. Your patience and knowledge was very helpful to us. You are a great associate at this Home Depot. Just purchased 2 major items from Home Depot and opened a credit card account. I had hoped to receive $100. credit (as their advertisement stipulated). When it didn’t happen, my already amazing saleswoman, Rajae, went to bat to determine why. All sales staff should have her patients and kindness and determination when helping customers. Will write a review about the products purchased after delivery and using them.

I have always had a very good experience at this store, but today GIA went OUT OF HER WAY to get the bulbs we needed to complete our Christmas lights! She was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE. She was KIND, COURTEOUS and went ABOVE and BEYOND!!!!! Thank you so much, GIA!!!!

I finally caught a restock on the huge 12ft skeleton! Unfortunately my husband wasn't with me to help load the unwieldy thing bur very fortunately an employee named Zach saved the day and helped me! Picked up some electrical supplies as they had everything I needed for the job at home. Anthony, my self-checkout person, assisted me with my military discount.

Sent alot of money on wood and know oen would help forklifts in the way trying to get the wood workers just looked at us not offering to help the at checkout I had to go get the scues for thing we were trying to purchase because the checkout person couldn't find it in the computer then while loading all this wood in truck employees just sat there and watched without offering to help!!!

if you want to remodel or design your kitchen, i will highly recommend a girl called "Rajae". she has a plenty of patience, ideas and knowledge for your project. one of my friends recommended her. so smart and just kind of person that you need for your investment in your kichen. what i like about her that she was patient, i stay more than an hour with her and no sign of rush or anger. Ariel the cashier was RUDE and ignorant. Didn't allow me to finish talking just offered store credit when I had the receipt. As an employee at another store this is NOT how you treat customers or people in general. She was annoyed to work on a holiday weekend.
