Clean and easy to shopping

Store is clean, staff is friendly and helpful, products are where they are supposed to be

This Store Location Could Do Better By Having Stock Of All The Products. Carry Extension Cords In Variety Of Lengths That Are In Black and The Gauge 14/3 and 12/3. Trying to find help in this location is also a hassle because you never find employees on the floor. Carry More Daylight LED Bulbs in different variety too and lower prices and higher lumens.

Store was clean, Employees were available and helpful, faster check out. Would be back again =)

what nauet home depot don't have, I go to nyack home depot.. assocates are friendly and helpful. The store is clean.

The store was clean, the associates at the cashier desk were very helpful and friendly. Bathroom was clean and all products were easy to find. I am definitely coming back to this store.=)

Clean Knowledgeable people Quick service

I arrived at the store at 11:30am and needed help in finding oil based exterior paint. Two salesmen behind the counter, one was helping another customer, the other wouldn't make eye contact with me and when I said I needed help to walked out from behind the counter and walked away without acknowledging I said anything. I said you're not going to answer me and he said nothing and walked away. The other salesman said that he doesn't work in the this department. So I said he should of told me that himself. When I found the manager to complain, he said he was with another customer and would help me after that. I waited 10 minutes and he was still unable to help me so I left. I would never shop in that store again.

If you need help while in the store find Kayla. She was amazing. Went over and above to help me.

I visit the home depot in Nanuet a lot and can always find Ron in hardware to help and Richie in Garden always has a smile and knows his way around the store

It was a typical morning madhouse at this particular Home Deport. Despite that, Devin and Deliz were able to expedite my last minute request changes in a professional and prompt manner.

I found what I was looking for very easily. I asked a store employee to direct me to the area I was looking for, and within a minute, I was there!! I purchased some chain links, which had to be cut to size, and Carlos offered to do that for me with a smile! I had to stop at Customer Service, and Devin was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! He even offered me a bottled water!!! Not THAT is going above and beyond!!!

This store location could be a bit more organized if possible. Hope they will be a bit lower in prices compared to other retailers similar like this. Couldn't find the products I was looking for when I went to this store location. Store associates were not fully helpful either.
