I was greeted with a smile and hello, staff was helpful and courteous.

All three associates I dealt with gave me immediate assistance and the store was really busy.

This store is extremely well equipped to make you feel safe during COVID. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Nanuet Home Depot is a great store to shop. Stock is there, store is organized. Lawn and Garden has good items also. Most of the store associates know the products. That is important when asking info and trying to find products. The check out lines are fine.

This has been my favorite HD. Always get there what I need and do get assistance when I need one.

We went to the Nanuet store to pick up a fireplace that we ordered for our living room but people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the store and our order we would like to thank you very much and hope you all have a very nice holiday.

The quality of service I received in the department regarding my home furnace problem was totally understood and easily explained what I needed to do.

There were customers not wearing masks in the store. There were also customers not wearing masks correctly. They should either not be let in or, if they are already in, they should be asked to wear the mask properly or leave the store.

A young gentlemen by the name of Morris, was extremely pleasant... after I gave him $20.12 for my purchase, I was exiting the store & he called my back... I had forgotten my $10 change... Thank you Morris.. Those are the kind of ppl that makes your day & makes the store a better place to come back to.....

Robert at the Pro Desk is an excellent worker who went above and beyond to help me find what I needed to complete my project. I recommend going to the Pro Desk and work with him because he is patient, smart, and a great worker

This was about the only Home Depot store with generators on hand during this storm. They continued to roll them out on the floor along with gas cans and electric cords to make it easier for all shoppers. My experience was even that much better when I got out to the parking lot and their associate Michael helped me put it into my car and then did the same for several others unasked. What a great experience on a tough day.
