Went for my landscaping project, Rachel and Steve were very helpful! They also have a great variety compared to other stores. Customer service overall is a WIN for me.

I ran in at 20 minutes til closing looking for something that appeared to be sold out of at every spot they should of been located- I listened as announcements started counting down the closing of the store… and with 10 minutes left I was about to give up when what to my wondering eyes appear but the Batman of Customer Service Dominick - scanning every tag and searching every possible spot for me as if the store was not closing in minutes- He summoned his Robin counterpart Aiden and with minutes to spare found me what I was looking for and I left singing songs of gratitude to both of them with a mi Ute left on the clock!! This Home Depot and these two employees should be examples for others to follow!

I found the product I wanted and the help I needed to pick up and load into my car

The store has become unorganized and messy. Items on shelves are falling over or in the wrong location, ailses are often blocked with boxes or loaders, staff are hard to find when I need help and prices for many items are often not displayed.

This store location is better than other locations nearby. Only thing to consider is to be more competitive with pricing on all items compared to your competitors!!!

Need to fix a roof leak and found what I needed to do that.

I've bought many things over the years. And even if I had to return something, never got a hassle.

Great experience with this store. Knowledgable staff and great leadership. Highly recommend.

Had to pick up an order for supplies. Some items were not available. Cashier took care of crediting account and helping me to get alternative items as substitutes. Floor guys were very courteous, polite and true gentlemen.

A very unpleasant shopping experience at the Home Depot of Nanuet, NY. Dirty, very unorganized, parking flat, full of debris and carts, careless employees, etc. My goal when I come in is to require as little help as possible. Once I need help, the frustration always gets much worse.

The customer service in my opinion is very good. I have returned several items in the past 3-4 years since moving in the area and every time the customer service has been amazing. Never had an issue with this store. Associates are very patient and friendly as well.

The store could use a bit more improvements in stocking their shelves with products that customers want these days. It would also be nice to see in all HD Locations that they carry 12AWG Power Extension Cords and all length starting from 10ft and above.

Home Depot is the perfect store for my home projects. My wife and I love to shop at the Nanuet store because is always clean, organize and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
