I had one of the greatest shopping experiences in my life recently purchasing a full suite of appliances for my home, and that is all thanks to Kim in Appliances. I went in having done a bit of research, and generally knowing what I wanted, but things don't always workout, like some items were on backorder. Thanks to Kim, we found alternatives that would work for our timeframe of moving in, and ended up sticking to our budget, and ending up with even better quality appliances. In general, Kim's level of care, knowledge, and patience were unbeatable. Thanks again Kim! I can't wait to refer all my friends and family to come see you for their appliance needs.

Cleanest Home Depot location store in the valley, with super helpful and professional staff.

I have shopped here many times over the last 12 years. I have always had great customer service. On one occasion when there was a problem, I received a personal call from management. This shows that they care about their customers and are interested in improvement. I would not hesitate going back. The key to a successful business is customer service. This Home Depot goes to the top of the class.

mark was awesome. Walked me to the back of thr store to help me find exactly what I needed and had a fun chat on the way accross the store..then Kristen at the front was very welcoming and friendly.

Cashier Toni was very helpful. She is a great sales person who know how to treat customers with professional manners. Thank you TONY :)

Back to back we were greeted not only with smiles but with friendly verbal greetings and intentional questions. Ray in outdoor section was super knowledgeable of plants and gardening. Jim up front was the friendliest individual ever. He helped us with a previous return and welcomed our accompanied pet dog so kindly. Mark the manager was very professional and guided us to the appropriate cash registers and answered all our questions. BEST service ever. Our dog loves coming to this location because he gets the best treats and pets!

Employee/Cashier “Bradford” was friendly, helpful and an efficient problem-solver.

Service Leaders as supervisors. Good Job Home Depot. Great example of leading people and managing things. Found what I was looking for in minutes.

Most of the associates are friendly especially Tod at the Mill Department, Roy and Joel at the flooring and window treatment department.

When we have need for a a general or special item, we by-pass other hardware in a bit of a drive to go to your #0472 Scottsdale. I know they will have my products in stock

Cashier Stacey in Returns is completely rude and was making jokes with a fellow employee after ignoring me so I tried to scan an item for return myself (given COVID I didn't know if they revised the returns to self return or what since they ignored me when I walked up), then accused me of using some of the abrasive material that I was returning and had me go get another box of it to show it was the same amount in the box.

Everyone was pleasant and I left with a smile on my face after talking to Rick!

I will never use this location again. Placed online order yesterday , went to pick up curbside & put on hold over 10 minutes. Had to go in store & wait another 10 minutes for customer service help then find out order was NOT pulled. I had to go pull my order myself, have never been so disappointed like this before.

You might consider having front end manager Mr. Mark Southard Teach a custimer service course to your cashiers and the people at the customer service desk especially. He could help all employes but i have been coming to that store since it opened....and the weakest area is the customer service Department...which i had coined customer no service...or Do it yourself. Your store is great and most of the department people are very helpful....some could be better trained in their department but all in all excellent. Mark Southard stands out and u have a jewel there... In my opinion your weakest link is customer Service cashiers. Thank you for going back to longer hours.

North Scottsdale store is a very pleasant shopping experience. Staff were very accommodating and the selection was great. We found the store to be clean and well organized.

I love this location. Everyone is so helpful and experienced. Alex and CJ in the lumber area ROCK! They made my day with their feedback and help on my protect. I appreciate the sincerity of the employees there and they actually make eye contact and proactively offer assistance. Thank you so much.

I recently ordered new Bali cordless blinds and carpet from the Home Depot in Scottsdale. The staff is very helpful. I saved a lot of money on quality products and are very pleased with the results.

Consistently provides excellent customer service, has a wide product selection, the store is well organized and very clean.

I purchased window treatments and could not be more pleased with the customer service provided. From start to finish, the ordering process was very smooth and the selection options were great. I can definitely recommend this store and its associates!

Andrew provided excellent customer service on my visit at this location. I did not have to go and look for anyone to help me when I did not see the item I was looking for. He came right over, greeted me and offered assistance. He was a great help and wanted to say thanks again!

This Home Depot has a great selection of merchandise that wasn't available at other stores (found via on-line shopping) but more importantly, the three employees that I interacted with provided friendly, efficient and memorable customer service. In the midst of the pandemic many essential workers seemed overwhelmed and crabby - but not here. They cared to make my experience easier and seemed to be having fun at work! I'll go out of my way to come to this store!

I shopped for layered shades and Home Depot not only beat the price of other stores, but the salesperson was wonderful, trustworthy and personable. No hard sale. Kind , friendly and helpful. The store was clean and masks were worn.

We had an exceptional experience at this store. We had a complicated online and phone order and purchased a number of items at the store itself. Every employee we encountered was helpful and went above and beyond to help us pull it all together and even load heavy, bulky items in a truck we had rented to haul a number of items for a remodeling project. We will go out of our way to frequent this store in the future. Really impressive work team!

Most of the employees go above and beyond. I've had so many pleasant experiences here, I just love this store.
