I ordered on line and had curbside pickup. There was some initial problems checking in but Ben from customer service was very helpful. He was polite, respectful and went out of his way to assist. I also had help from Daryl earlier in the month and he too was very helpful. Customer service is the number 1 attribute that makes this Home Depot the best in the Valley

The pro desk here is INCREDIBLE. They go above and beyond to make shopping as painless as possible. Great customer service from people who genuinely care.

Terrible installation service, I was overcharged $100 vs the verbal quote from Delta Mechanical for the installation of a HWT. First installer did not bring his tools with him for the install, so had to go without hot water for 2 days. Contractor said he would be back at 7 am, no show, I called him and he told me is was assigned to another job and that someone would be there at 8 am. No show, I called Delta and they told me he was minutes away. 2 1/2 hours later, he shows up and did the install.

The customer service in the Appliance Dept was fantastic!

All the employees at the pro desk are super friendly and always make me feel welcome .

The store associates Megan, Ben and Connor were extremely helpful and kind! Will be returning!

The Front End Store Operation Manager (Mark) very professional and helpful which make shopping at this store with great experience.

Good place to go for most all home needs. If you can't find something, look for any store employee on the floor- they will lead you to the proper place. If one employee is not familiar with your needs, they will summon an employee who will to help you. Prices are the best!

Recently went into Home Depot for a remote battery and bottle of CLR; found a few other items on sale; store front end supervisor was most helpful when he assisted me in locating item in store and further looked for others in store (appeared to be the last one); really didn't have to do this but went out of his way to assist. Most Kind; something you don't see too much these days.

I will be shopping at the store as of yesterday when I had the pleasure of meeting Meghan that one of your registers she guided me around the store looking for a product that had no home that's a term I learned from this young lady she want up and beyond anything I expected I used to shop at the 90th Street and Shea Home Depot but I will not anymore or no one would help me there I asked several people and they did nothing then I want to the store northsight and Hayden and Meghan solved my problems she said she would call when she found the product and she did thank you for having a great store ambassador

Associates were very helpful. Lisa in kitchens was very helpful and knowledgeable. Jess at customer service also very helpful and friendly. Not all Home Depots are the same.This is clearly one of the best in the Phoenix east valley area and is a reflection of the management. Customer service in the USA has deteriorated a lot in the last 30 years. However, this store is getting it right. Nevertheless, it needs constant work to keep it up. Associates need feedback and management must keep customer service as their number one priority. Service is more important than price.

This is a great store for customer "FRIENDLY employees and help you find things..a couple other stores in the area, NOT SO MUCH.

The really good Associates are really good. The rest are collecting a paycheck or simply need more training or time in the job. The future of retail depends on superior service.

Best experience I have had in a Home Depot for a long time. Roy in flooring helped me understand my options, did not rush me and answered my questions. He and others walked me to the aisles I needed to visit.

This particular HD has wide aisles, friendly staff, and lots of STUFF ! Good, fun, place to shop. Outdoor store is tops!

The store was clean and safe. The people working in the store were helpful and the store shelves were stock nicely. It is a pleasure to shop there and make purchases. We look forward to going there when we need to find home repair items.

Don't buy a refrigerator from Home Depot

Shopped for an item at Lowe’s and found their salespeople unresponsive & somewhat comatose. Received much better treatment at Home Depot where a young woman named Anecia went out of her way to be helpful.

Home Depot has a policy of requiring masks. They do not enforce this and so if someone is sick and comes in, they put other shoppers and employees lives at risk. On a busy Saturday, there were 2 people without masks walking around 5 employees who didn't say anything to them. If you don't want to catch covid, I'd advise staying away at any busy times if you need to go in or order online.

CLEANLINESS WAS A PLUS . BUT THE KNOWLEDGE AND WILLINGNESS OF MARK (A MANAGER) WAS EXTREMELY SATISFYING. i HAVE WORKED IN THE RETAIL FIELD AND TODAY'S CUSTOMER RELATION SKILLS HAVE GONE TO HECK IN A HAND BASKET. SO THIS WAS NOT ONLY A SHOCK BUT I WILL GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GO TO THIS STORE EVEN IF IT IS OUT OF MY WAY.
