I had a great experience shopping at this store the flooring sales attendant was very knowledgeable and very helpful she made everything from the beginning selecting the flooring to closing the sale very smooth.Ask for Laura if you need any assistance .

Seems employees are not knowledgable of where items are at..Others take you right to the item you were looking for..If you do NOT know where a particular item is at just let me know that you do NOT know where it is at instead of sending me on a wild goose chase.

The associates in this Home Depot location were pretty helpful for finding all that one needs to complete a project. In addition, the app is extremely helpful. I can find exactly what I need in the store using the Home Depot App when it's necessary to use it. I visit the Home Depot best when I need to get something from there after work, because it's not far from my job.

Ismel in paint department is always helpful. Deverson in building supplies is always very helpful and walks everywhere with me to show me where the products are located. Fabiola as cashier is very nice, super fast, friendly, caring and professional. This is my favorite store. Everyone is willing to help.

North Miami Beach store has no employee to assist with any project. You try to save a penny by not hiring enough staff and customer find themselves wondering around the store for assistance. Self Service checkout is absolute fail ...

I've been shopping here for 12 years and have seen the caliber of employees go down, down, down. The first three employees today didn't disappoint me on those expectations. The last two, Caroline in Customer Service, and Adrienne in Window Dressings, took the time and interest in my needs to figure out and to find what I was looking for. I wish the other store employees were as polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable as Caroline and Adrienne. Thanks, ladies! The two of you are what can make Home Depot great!

The customer service counter associates are rude and unprofessional. I said hello goof afternoon and i was ignored. 5 people at the counter. Their attitudes are unfriendly and they do not even wish to say a word to customers. I wasn't greeted. I wasn't offered help. Bounced from one counter to the next. Lady processed the refund and say signature on the screen. Handed me the paper and walked off. Customer service counter really... if the associates aren't people friendly and do not wish to deal with people then perhaps reassign them to do stocking. The attitude and bad manners is differentiates one company from the next. Train your staff how to interact with customers. Never had a greeting eye contact or an offer for help at this location.
