Vinnel, one of the employees, went above and beyond to assist me with a very heavy planter. Thank you Vinnel, I could not have done it without you.

Had issues with an extremely rude associate (L) and did not get much of a resolve from the store manager - only a scripted apology. This associate was threatening and rude and I insisted that he stop talking to me before it escalated into something else. I only wanted to ask a question about an item and left with an extremely horrible outlook on this company.

This was the first time I’ve ever received so much help at a homedepot usually it’s hard to find people to help at any other locations but this one in specific was very helpful one of their employees Angie took us through every department we needed to make sure an expert helped with all we needed. Thank god for her and her genuine service.

please keep the unmasked , un-gloved, nonemployees from attempting to help in assisting the customer. Its not safe in the current environment , and the average customer does not fully comprehend the situation as it unfolds in the exiting.

Big plus! This store carry a various items in stack as usually in previously normal time.

It is a pleasure shopping at the home depot in North Miami Beach, Florida. Each time I have shopped there it has always been easy to find items and employees were easily available to help you with your purchase. If you are ever looking for an appliance, check out Ms. Brantley she is fantastic and very well knowledgeable in her area.

Online inventory is 100% innacurate so if you order for pick up your order will be cancelled. Waste of time.

It is a joyous experience to shop at this store. The employees at this store are awesome. Clarence, Donna and Jack always help me in electrical; Hugh helps me in Tools, Cecil helps me with construction materials and Ismel helps me in paint department. They all like to work and are professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thank You.

If I could give this store no stars I would. I've shopped at other home depot location but my experience at this one has been one of the worst and I will never shop at this location ever again. Small piece of advice if you're buying cabinets or plan on doing a big job in your house DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this location the employee and managment dont know what they are doing. I decided to go there to redo my mothers kitchen as a gift well a surprise and it's been the worst experience of my life once am done with this project I will never set foot inside that home depot again.
