Nice store to shop at with friendly staff

Every time I have a project, I go the Home Depot and see John from the paint department. Even though he is not at all departments, he always gives me an idea for my project. John is always friendly and very knowledgeable. So next time you go to Home Depot, stop by the paint department and say hi John, you'll see what I am talking about.

John in the Paint Department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the Paint color I was buying

if we couldn't find anything the employees would help us quicker and would reccomend which is best from what products you are looking fofor, I really liked how the employees were polite anand positive and make you feel comfortable, it was over all a good experience.

Everyone is so nice. Ask a question and if the associate does not know, they quickly find a partner that does. And the advise is good as well! As I have a few medical issues, you all have plenty of electric carts that move me around the store very well. Really do appreciate that. Well stocked garden store. Associates are always there to help load materials onto carts and then my pick up....

Joe at the Home Depot in McAllen, and Maria G, make renovations fun when it comes to tile, counter tops and flooring. They have a good eye for color and coordination. I look forward to more visits.

I shop at Home Depot in Brownsville, Harlingen, San Marcos, and Austin, Texas. I really enjoyed my experience at the McAllen store.

The store was very very big and looked like it had a lot of stuff, but I went to the store with an agenda or list of things that I needed to purchase so I did not look around, but went straight to the appliance section. Tomorrow I will return to get more things from the garden center. The sales person, Mr. Joey Borrego, was patient and helpful making sure that I was sure of what I wanted. He researched the website for alternate models of dishwashers featuring the thing that I wanted such as a stainless steel interior. He did the same for the double vanity as far as he was able to the limited website.

We went for flood lights and immediately got assistance. Gene, from electrical, was of great help. Way to go, management!

Customer service was horrible. We literally went to go early to get our lawn mower and came home to use it for less than an hour. The belt broke so we decide to call home depot since we have the 30 day warranty with them. The lady we spoke to just told us to call john deer. So we called john deer then they told us to call home depot because we have warranty with them for 30 days. We got fed up then decided to just go to the store. They took about an hour and a half to fix everything! The gardening manager didn't want to get off his fork lift to help us. He sent us alone with no help to go find the part then tole us that they couldn't touch the machine because it would void the warranty (which is understandable). Then a few minutes later he said he was able to have someone do it. I told my husband just exchange cuz all he is doing is wasting our time. So my husband finally does it and the manager asks my husband if he was getting the same one and my husband says yes. The guy then tells us we cannot be exchanging it if the belt or something else breaks because of his inventory.
