We bought a couple of appliances and hardware for our new home once we get married and they look so awesome!

Gardening center is amazing, love the variety and selection of items available

I bought a range yesterday and everything went well because of a gentleman who took care of me as I was looking at the different ranges on display. He knew what he was talking about as he showed me the different brands of range. I am happy with my buy!

Had a great experience with the sales person. He was patient with me when I was asking about different models of cooktops. He never expressed any frustration with all my questions.

Worst customer service at service desk especially a cashier named Daniela and supervisor autum .customers be aware that if you want to pay for something you will be treated disrespectful and cashier will be annoyed for help you.

Efficient, clean and well staffed store unlike their major competitor. I was helped by Gabriel and it was not even his department.

Excellent cashiers and floor staff, but horrible on customer service specifically a lady there named Daniela try to avoid she's very rude and very unpleasant to deal with. The rest of the staff are pretty amazing! Cashiers are friendly and the floor staff extremely helpful.

TODAY i WENT TO THE STORE TO BY A PAINT FOR A PROJECT AND MENTIONED TO BERNARDO THAT i HAD TO MAKE A STOP AT SRM WLMS TO GET A PAINT MATCHED OF A PAINT FOR THE EXTERIOR OF MY HOME, HE SAID IF YOU HAVE A SAMPLE I CAN MATCH IT...AND HE DID AND SAVED ME A BUNCH OF MONEY! THANK YOU SIR!

Paint that he recommended works exactly as he described it would. And the color on my walls he recommended as well works extremely well together.

I needed help to locate and then to retrieve an item from a very tall shelf. Two employees stepped in immediately, both very friendly, professional and efficient. One in particular really worked hard to safely retrieve the item and help me get in and out quickly, since I was limited on time.

I would have given them 5 stars had the manager been in that day ( Friday) apparently not, but wanted to ask for 24 months zero onterest, and cashier said pnly manager could approve and they weren't there. They only had 1 item not available for my project so that was a us and the store was clean. Overall they are better at assisting and answering the phone better than any other valkey home depot.

Customer return associates are rude and not help.
