As mentioned in my survey entry..... Upon check out at 11:38 a.m. at he service/return counter on 03/19/20 three Home Depot reps engaged in a conversation regarding a customer that had entered the store. One rep stated to the others “ that one doesn’t seem like the type that would be stealing”. I added my comments to the three by asking them if that is what they did while at the counter “passing judgment on customers as they came into shop” one of the reps replied back with a giggle “ yeah that’s our job”. I replied “WOW!” This is so disgusting on how Home depot and their reps conduct their business, or at least according to the rep at the service/return counter. Associates not at all friendly or helpful.

Jose in the carpet department was fantastic. He made our shopping experience much easier. Quentin was also extremely friendly and willing to help find us the help we needed. Both employees and those like them, are the reason we will continue to shop at this store.

I always come to this store. Its always clean and the employees seem to ask if you are finding things ok or if you need help with anything. Today I did take advantage of the assistance and glad I did. I must add I HATE SELF CHECKOUT!!!! If you want me to check myself out pay me to do so. This store has Outstanding employees at the registers that they do have. Mine was named Darlene and did a wonderful job and kept a short conversation that made me feel welcome to be there.

This store is always clean and easy to find things in. If I can't find it, there's always someone to help. One of my favorite stores!

Good shopping experience. Service Desk clerks Vinda and Donna extremely helpful in getting a Credit Card account set up and then later checking me out with my merchandise. A+

Found the dishwasher on our Christmas wish list at North 27th Street Home Depot! The highly-rated Bosch had all the features we were looking for. We are anxious to see how quiet it really is! We were happy with the washer/dryer set we purchased at this store last year and their 18-month interest-free payment option, so we chose Home Depot for our new dishwasher purchase too. If you need appliances, shop Home Depot and be sure to ask for Jed. He’ll take care if you!

The store is always clean and well organized. Employees are very knowledgeable and very helpful. When I make a purchase they will make sure I have all the items needed for the job or project I'm working on so that I do not need to make extra trips to Lincoln.

My go-to-store for Many home improvement or repair items.

The store was clean. We were looking at purchasing carpet. We worked with Shane, he was great, explained everything and got us set up for a measurement. We were very pleased.

My customer service person was Devon. A very nice helpful man. The mowers were put away for winter. The guys had to get a lift, bring it down, just so I could see it. They were very friendly even having to go the extra mile. Other stores just told me the mowers were put away for winter.

When you visit this store please ask for Jose! He is the best salesperson I have ever encountered! Not only is he totally knowledgeable about all of their products but he is the most friendly person I have ever dealt with at Home Depot! In past visits I have had to search for someone to help me but Jose is walking the aisles looking to help someone! Thanks Jose!
