I have now built a new home and renovated two farm building into Airbnbs over the last 4 years. I have gotten all the appliances, flooring, carpets and various odd and ends from this Home Depot. It has been my experience that everyone at the store is willing to help, even if it's not their department. I have had employees walk me across the entire store to find the right person to ask about information and products I was looking for. I found that the people in each department not only go out of their way to be polite and helpful, but are knowledgable about their products. That to me is a big plus.

Much of Home Depot's staff are not only VERY knowledgeable, they are VERY helpful, friendly and MOST need to insure the customers they assist are not just satisfied but HAPPY with their purchases AND that all needs have been fulfilled

Staff is always very knowledgeable in their areas. Staff is constantly asking if there is anything they could help you find. Sometimes it gets annoying having a different staff member ask this; but honestly, I appreciate it. Their local competitors hide and walk away if you ask for help. This is why I only shop at Home Depot. Another huge reason why I shop there is they have a 10% off MILITARY APPRECIATION discount. Thank you for supporting our troops and vets!!!

Terrible customer service

Service was amazing and employees were positive.

Nice clean store with huge inventory of all the popular tools and building supplies. Employees, although not enough of them, are courteous and helpful. Makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

Had a chance to deal with flooring specialist Jose Gonzalez. His knowledge and friendliness made my shopping experience GREAT! Give that guy a raise ,he deserves it!

Well-located with several entrance drives-ample parking, parking area well-maintained and free of trash and debris. Clean, well-lighted store with wide aisles, products well displayed with detail also clearly visible. Well train, friendly, knowledgeable sales associates.

There are several employees there that love their jobs. They will go the extra mile always. I practically living in that store and every experience is a good experience!

Home Depot is my go to store for everything that I need in a home improvement store

The employer at the paint Dept , Rachel was very helpful. The cashier was very friendly Lisa. I am very thankful to have great service unlike the Home Depot that is much closer to where I live. I wasn’t happy that I had to drive a half hour thru rush hour traffic then another half hour to come home. So I was thankful for the great service I received and products were available. . The Home Depot close to me did not have product available. So it made it for a long night to get home. Instead of getting home at 5:30 I didn’t get home till 7:05.

I've always been happy with my shopping experiences at both of the HOme Depot stores in Lincoln, NE. My shopping this time was good. My unhappiness is with what I think was INADEQUATE CONSIDERATION of my complaint regarding the rental of the chipper which I rented earlier in the week. I told the cashier AT THE TIME OF THE RETURN of my dissatisfaction with the equipment performance. I wrote a complaint a day or two later about which I've not received a reply. In view of the fact that store personnel at the entrance at the rental department agreed with me, I think that $1.84 discount on a merchandise purchase is PRETTY TRIVIAL on a rental for which I paid $120.87

This store does nothing to enforce the mask mandate. If you want to go catch Covid, this is the place. Employees and customers alike go with their mask pulled below their nose. Utterly selfish, irresponsible and disgusting. I will drive across town to a home store that cares about my health and safety. I asked the cashier about it and he said it was store policy to not say anything. Barf.

Was in Sunday to pick up some items for a project. Spent most of my time wandering around the store looking for what I needed. Nearly every employee I would see in an aisle saw you coming and played the avoidance game rather than be available to assist. When I did manage to get one associates attention his response was the item your looking for is somewhere in aisles 8-12 or maybe an end cap, check those too. I'm like OK shouldn't you kind of know where things are located or look then up?

I always enjoy shopping at this store. The employees are friendly, easy to find, and always go out of their way to help.

I went into Home Depot to return or exchange a mower. I was also walking in without my receipt and knowing if I put anything on my card. Luckily enough I had used my cc for it. Donna & Michelle helped me at the Customer Service Desk. We ended up returning the mower and price matching one close to it. Thanks Ladies! It made my day to be treated good after bad times shopping places!

The store was very clean, staff was very available to answer questions and to help. I enjoy shopping here and will continue.

Customer service is sorely lacking in a lot of stores and The Home Depot is no exception. Employees walk by you while they are looking at their phone or they just give the usual, "No, I don't know."

I've been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened. I've had some very unpleasant experiences early on, and things have continued to improve over the years. Now, Home Depot is my first stop shopping place. Always a good selection of products, friendly associates with willingness to help me find what I'm looking for. If I don't know the name of what I'm looking for, and have to describe it, I get a personnal escort to the area I need to find what I want.

Not enough help and they don’t offer to help to begin with. I had contactless pickup and what I got was hurry up and stand in line. Wait for an endless period of time for an associate.

Tony helped me pull 26 bags of mulch off the shelf and then load into my truck. Pleasant young man and very helpful and polite. Give this hard worker a raise!
