Purchased a garage door opener from the online black Friday sale. Received the box with missing items. Attempted to exchange it at this location but the identical product was not in stock. I was offered a more expensive model which did not come with the keypad like the model I purchased. A call was made at my insistence to the online customer service dept who told me to pay FULL PRICE for the same online model and they "could" credit me the difference IF the product arrived in tact (because it ships from a third party, he explained). NOT ACCEPTABLE. I want the sale price that I paid for the first one.

Love this store!

I ordered a refrigerator for my office building. It was promised for delivery on 7/9/18. I had maintenance people lined up to receive it all day. Never received a call or delivery. Called store. Was told they'd find out status but never received a return call. Called Home Depot customer service. Was repeatedly disconnected. Still have not received refrigerator. Will be filing a BBB complaint.

This store is great!! Every time I come in I get greeted by happy employees and they are always helpful. It is a clean welcoming environment and thats why I always recommend this store to my friends and family.

I have shopped this H.D. location for 16+ years. It has always had what I need, when I need it, as much as I need. Management has constantly bent over backwards to accommodate me, and employees have always respected my wishes. They help me with selecting, locating, and loading... without a single nudge of discontent. What a deal! Thanks.

This location always has a better inventory of products to purchase than a few other locations that i have visited, including great customer service.

this store is close to my home and during repairs after harvey I was in this store sometimes 3 or 4 times a week. I always like the prices at this store and they have no problem with returns. I've gotten help with many different projects, and bought most of my material here.

I love going to hardwares stores to pick new things up remodel and speak to professionals about questions i have or just to get help from somebody who works there. During the holidays its also very awesome to see the decorations

The store's help was the best. I was there at 6.00am and everyone was in the grandest sprits,polite and courteous. The employee name Jackie who helped me was The best!!!

Brittany is a very helpful employee and took the time to explain certain things about pro accounts with me. Hope to meet more employees like her. Home Depot should volunteer to build homes with the Saint Bernard Project in Houston.

Great costumer service

The bathrooms were horrible. I would say that the employees need to be a little bit more diligent on keeping them clean also the amount of homeless people in Baum hanging out in front of the store haggling people for money is not very pleasant. I came there to buy some PVC components to fix a broken water line in a remote area. I was 70 miles away from my home store that I use all the time. So of course I was out of my element. was not a very pleasant experience. The smell in the bathroom was so horrible I walked out with a headache. It smells like somebody had put something dead in the trash can

I love home depot

Poor management team. Employees do not want to assist customers and management support their poor customer service skills through out the store specially in rental and carpet area. You buy carpet no one wants to help you out of the store with it. waited 30 mins. they just left it in the store. Employee loud speak rude to you like they do not want to be asked anything. They tell you one thing on paper and try to change up at the end of contract and not go by what they wrote..

This location was well organized. The floor associates and Cashier were very friendly as well as helpful.

HD staffed store with employees from out of state after Hurricane Harvey to help get the stored openned/staffed! I met one of them, and he was very helpful and understanding. He shared how HD did this at their expense, i.e. hotel cost, etc.

This is a great store. All of the employees are truly patient.

I was completely satisfied with the level of service I received. Unfortunately, I was oblivious to what product was needed for my project, however due to the associate's product knowledge, I was directed to use the suggested product, and it work like a CHARM!!! HOME DEPOT IS MY STORE
