The Home Depot located at 2490 N. Pleasantburg , Greenville SC 29609 is definitely one of my favorite places to shop. Especially when I'm about to tackle some DIY projects. I love the way the HD Associates are always eager to assist me in locating the things I need to complete each project and their friendly customer service is greatly appreciated!

Great Cashier : Ivay was a great resource full asset to this store. I really appreciated her work in assisting me to get what I needed. I hope reads this survey and feels as appreciated as I felt when she assisted me.

The store has great sales and we found everything we needed. Diana helped us at checkout and she was great.

Leonor at the pro desk definitely knows what she is doing. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and fast with Shriner service and making sure you have what you need and thinking of other things to help make your project easier.

Cashier was spot on . Mahogany was very professional and seemed happy to be there to help us. Service with smiling eyes. Great attitude as were were leaving.

I like the store layout - it makes it easy to find products! Clean and organized well, friendly staff, well stocked shelves with a variety of great products!

Randy is an excellent asset to the store! He was extremely helpful and swayed me to get a Home Depot credit card which I did. I will do my shopping needs here rather than the competitor.

I like this store particularly because of an employee named Randy. He goes above and beyond to help every customers he encounters. He helped us find exactly what we needed for a project. Its hard to find exceptional service these day but he manages to always provide my husband and I with a wonderful experience! We will definitely come back because of him.

The pro desk at this store is very pleasant to work with. Numerous time they have gone above and beyond to get merchandise for me in a timely manner. They have saved me x amount of dollars with the bid-room. Not only that but; they would notify me if there's a sale. As a matter of fact, about two weeks ago Kevin notified me on a PEX pipe sale and have saved me over $500 on PEX pipe alone. They are all friendly from management down to all the associates. It's always a pleasant to shop at North Pleasantburg Home Depot.

Anthony S. (in the garden center) is an OUTSTANDING employee. When I went in on Saturday he was so helpful and even walked with me across the store to be sure I found what I needed with no problem! Thanks for being awesome, Anthony! Jesus is Lord, never forget it.

My shopping experience was outstanding!

I feel this store has went down hill for the past 4 years. Homedepot use to have a lot of older knowledgeable people working there people who were eager to help you , but I don’t see those people there anymore for whatever reason ,now the associates run and hide from you or if you find somebody they use the excuse I am new. I feel that it starts from the top and trickles down .

they sold returned rechargeable batteries as new. inspect any small package you purchase from them as a possible return item. I made the mistake and did not do this.

I'm pleased with your personnel and products, but very dissatisfied with your policy to fail to fully install my refrigerator. I purchased a refrigerator (which I like) but you didn't install it so it was fully working because you told the installers not to finish the job (the water hookup). Thus I had to run out twice for parts, and I'm not sure it will be working after all this.

The store was fine and had what we were looking for. The cashier was rude. She should not be working with the public.

This store has poor customer service assistance. I live only two blocks away from this store. I visit it frequently and it's rare that I even get greeted when I walk into the store. I walk right past employees in this store looking for things to buy and most of the time not one employee offers me any assistance. They are usually standing around talking to other employers or looking down at their cell phones. Then when you call back to complain to a manager they say that they are sorry but I can tell that they just say that to get me off the telephone. This store has about 3 good employees out of the whole store that will help people. One of them are the white lady with dark hair that works in the electrical department. She has been there for years and she does an excellent job. She really knows her field and she is very helpful. She mainly works day shift. This store needs to do much better. With this virus it seems like the management would be telling their personal to help customers and get them out of the store faster. This could help limit the possibility of spreading anything inside Home Depot. I hope that this review helps someone. I will be posting more reviews later from future visits. I am a professional handyman and if a store is labeled as a do it yourself store then the personal needs to be friendly, willing to help, and more knowledgeable. Management needs to do their job.

I don't know if I pushed the wrong button but I was very happy with my visit to the store and at the end of my survey it said that I wouldn't recommend the store that was not true I would recommend the store greatstaff clean efficient

The staff are all friendly, personable and helpful. They were more than willing to explain things and answer questions. I was very impressed at the level of their customer service!

Good store, you're able to go in and get what you need and be on your way no hassle.
