This is the best Home Depot store! They have the best efficient and helpful employees. Always make customers feel comfortable unlike many other stores and franchises.

Great store, very organized. Employees are usually available for assistance in each area. The shelves are very neat and organized in each section. Most employees are very helpful and most will greet you as you meet them in the aisles.

If it weren’t for Justin P, you’d have lost my $3000 double wall oven purchase Sales reps do not follow thru with obtaining customer help Customers are lied to when they ask at the front desk for a manager I wanted to praise Justin to his supervisor At the service desk I was told by another sales rep that there was no manager on duty We had just heard Justin on the 2 way speak to “Pam,” whom he said was a manager You need a store full of “Justin P’s”!!!! He saved your store a sale!!!! Never met him before...but I’ll ask for him the next time I plan to make a major purchase at the N Dartmouth Home Depot

I love shopping at the Dartmouth Home Depot. The departments are well organized and I was able to find the items I needed. I especially love the staff! They are friendly and very knowledgeable. Any time I have a question, I have found them to be very helpful.

5 ASSOCIATES HELPED ME!!! jUSTIN BEING THE WORST!! Lisa was absolutely the only person who knew what to do & expedited asap without saying anything negative about anyone. Not like Justin. He said not to listen to Lisa and he was the supervisor and I told him the call came from corporate and he said not all stores abide by corporate rules. Very obnoxious!!! Very superior!!!

The manager, Justin, solved an issue with the delivery of a grill I purchased. He provided a solution without any hassle, was very polite and cooperative. The grill was delivered as promised and the Home Depot employees were friendly, on time and efficient. They all made my day! Great place to shop. Returns are easy. If you are a veteran, Home Depot gives you a discount and employees thank you for your service. Way to go, Home Depo! Semper Fi

This store is so clean, well organized and the staff is so very helpful. What a great place to go for help and to make the necessary purchases.

My husband sent me to "pick up" 60 pound bags of concrete today): Fortunately, Justin was there to ring it up and stack the bags into my car in the pick up area. While he was wrestling the concrete, he was explaining how to use the home depot prime member site. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was polite, friendly and helpful...a truly endangered species! Keep up the good work and thanks again Justin!

I attempted to purchase wall to wall carpeting... simple job right? Wrong! Measures came 2 times over a 2 week period because your laser measuring machine wasn’t working correctly.. then it took another 3 for them to figure it and get me a price.. they didn’t call me with the price I had to call them.. now I’m one week into ordering and haven’t heard from installers to schedule instal! I ordered a 7 day instal carpet! It’s been almost a month! Pointless and useless!!

Worst customer service, lack of communication to ensure proper ordering, rude employees who would rather socialize than help out customers patiently waiting and one employee even expressed she was allergic to dogs and I had my puppy with me. I told her it was ok I could put him down or pick him up so he wouldnt go near her and she instead told me to explain what I needed from like 15 feet away and to put the item I brought for comparison on the shelf and not to move. She then rudely said that's what you need, nothing else will work and said not to come any closer to her and proceeded to simply walk away as I was trying to clarify what I needed. I am never shopping here again. Too bad, too, because we love our Somerset staff and have plenty of new improvements in mind for our new home. Tonight's purchase was strictly out of necessity and inability to order online. This will be my last purchase here. It's one thing to come across one employee lacking or someone with a bad day or maybe a new inexperienced employee, but literally every employee I communicated with was terrible.

Store always has products available and staff is always prompt to assist customers with any questions or concerns.

The north dartmouth store is my second choice in this area...the somerset massachusetts store seems to be managed better,cleaner,more well stocked,etc.

Convenient and employees are willing and happy to help. Selections are great too!

Avoid this store if you want to get a large or heavy item you get no help and limited room to get item to cashier.

I found what I was looking for in the paint color department. Service was good, the employee created the exact shade I was looking for. I think they should sell smaller cans of interior paint instead of only large gallons. Not sure if Home Depot has this but I will look and ask next time.
