The core group “ people that have been there for sometime” of employees at this store are phenomenal. They are all very knowledgeable in their departments as well as in some other departments. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Customer service is at all time low and employees area not as knowledgeable as in the past.

Store is conveniently located and is usually pretty well stocked. Prices are competitive and the stais couteous and helpful.

I am usually always satisfied when shopping at the Home Depot Store in North Dartmouthy.

I was in need of assistance today. upon asking a Home Depot associate named Lisa in the shade/flooring department For help to find my item,I feel she went above and beyond by asking a second associate named Crystal to help and they both were able to retrieve the item I was looking for. These two employees were truly friendly, extremely helpful and definitely professional. Thank you so much Lisa and Crystal.

This Dartmouth, MA store is wonderful. The services and help provided are the very best !! We dealt with Mr. Dennis Maz at this store 1 week ago, and ended up buying 4 Ryobi products which are wonderful. We bought a Bosch Dishwasher in July which is also a winner !! Every time we go to this store everyone, including the service desk (Rebecca, Lauren, and Patti) or leaving the store at the registers(great help), makes our day. Wonderful experiences, every time !!! You should keep these people, including Charlie in windows and doors. He is unbelievably kind and helpful.

Super service from sales associate, Darius. We were in and out in 8 minutes with everything we needed!

Associates do not consider the health of others. 3 in a 20 minute visit were not wearing masks approximately. 2 below the nose and a 3rd under the chin. When I commented to one, I was told I was Rude!!!

My refrigerator was on the ‘blink’, I was able to purchase a new GE side by side refrigerator and get Free Delivery within one week! In these times of COVID-19 I think that is outstanding, thank you Home Depot. Tom P.

It's refreshing to find employees that still care about what they do. Had an issue with some paint and Ryan in the paint department went above and beyond to assist us.

Unfortunately we live in an era where you have to scrutinize everything you buy with the receipt. If you don't your bound to be charged for something you didn't buy. This store is always dirty and finding help is like the old Maytag commercial. hello, hello, anybody here.

I had a great experience at the North Dartmouth store! I was really having trouble with a job I needed done. Not having much experience in these matters I was informed of some important detail that would negatively affect the work. I was redirected by a manager and shown the product that was necessary to complete it! Great learning experience for me! Thanks Sarah!

After a rough start, the North Dartmouth store has mastered curbside transactions (pickup and returns) with an effciency unmatched in my experience with other stores, including other Home Depot locations.

Curbside pick-up has been a lifesaver during the Corona Virus. Employees are professional and courteous. Easy to reach and order by phone. Short waiting time for merchandise to be brought out to the car. All in all a pleasant experience.

I'm a senior citizen and young man named Brandon put all of the bricks in my vehicle. I have never had this service at Home Depot. I need more brick and going back to Home depot tomorrow hope this wonderful young man will be working again.
