poor service, dirty and cluttered. hardly any stock on shelves and employees acted like you were bothering them when asked a question. stay away from this store if possible

Even though I arrived about two minutes before closing, I was still able to come in and Shop and checkout quickly. Very much appreciated on a Sunday night!

Employees misdirect you to opposite ends of store even looking at the HD APP on their cells. If you can find someone who is interested in helping you rather than talking with their friends it will probably be at self check out or Tania. If you can find someone they simply tell you they don't have the product, but don't do to the shelf and look or look at the backup stock. Sharp contrast to Lowe's where they said wait let us check stock, we are sorry it will take a few minutes to get it down for you is that OK ? Horrible careless service at this HD. Never going back and cancelling my HD card

Your store was clean and friendly. Your cashier were awesome. You have a cashier named Tina she have a lovely smile and attitude. I found everything I needed. I will be visiting this store again.

I had an idea...Home Depot had just what I needed to make it happen!

My Experience was Awesome the floor person was very informative and the cashiers are super friendly and very knowledge of the great discount and promotions for the store.

This store is busy so they are out of items sometimes. On average messy customers come to this store (many don't care to put stuff back in the right spot). I gave it four stars because on average the employees are helpful.

Every employee I came into contact with were very nice and helpful.

Ms Tina is the most friendliest cashier I have ever encountered at a home improvement store. She went above and beyond to help me after the service desk didn't even mention that I could find a item at another store. Just so happened that the item was out of stock online but available in Lafayette, in which isn't a problem because my son lives there and picked it up for me. she did what the customer service didn't do. She has a beautiful spirit and a wonderful personality. Usually I hate going in home depot and lowes because you can't get any help. But Ms. Tina was awesome!!!!!

Store employees are really helpful. They are professional and courteous! I appreciate their courteous and professional service and willingness to assist me without rushing you. They were also knowledgeable about product location. Product was on display and didn't have price and it took them a minute to locate correct price but the employees worked really hard to assist me. Visit took longer than I wanted it to but it was not due to the employees that assisted me fault.

I received awesome service from two great cashier's. The first one convince me into opening a credit account. By telling me about all the good reasons to have Home Depot credit. And the other gave me a great ending. Great customer service

Great customer Service with Rosa in the Garden center! She immediately had helper assist me with large planters. Was very friendly.

I used the self check-out and paid with a debit card. I requested cash back, and then left the cash in the dispenser. I did not realize my mistake until several hours later. When I returned to the store, I learned that the cashier had given my cash to the manager, who checked my receipt and gave me my cash. Nice people!

Asked where vinyl fencing was located on store. Was told they dont carry any. As we were leaving the store we noticed it outside. Employees need to be more knowledgeable.

The Home Depot on Airline is convenient and has everything you need for your home. I bought nearly all that I needed to repair my home after the August flooding. I got all of my cuttings free which was very helpful. You can always get some to help even if it is not their department. They will find someone to help.

The most valuable asset this store has is the availability of willing employees to assist the customer in particular women shoppers who may not be knowledgeable about building supplies, etc.

If ur lucky enough to get the three employees we have found outstanding at this store ur blessed Yogi and Percy in paints and Tony in Millworks you won't be disappointed

The store was fairly clean and the product was there, just not enough of it. The employees were not knowledgeable and some were not all fired up to help serve. The checkout was ridiculous, only the self serve open and then all those registers were not working and the cashier assistance was cursory, she complained the whole time.
