The best customer service experience, team work and respect for their customers.

Hardware was called on the loudspeaker to assist us three times . No one showed up. The police officer walked by and looked as if we were trying to steal. The drill that we wanted was locked however we settled for a more expensive drill that wasn't locked.

Everything is good. I am happy when I come here for shopping

Compared to other Home Depot locations this has been one of my better experiences. I didn’t have to look for an employee for assistance and everyone kept asking if I needed assistance. Everything I needed was in stock.

It's been years since i have been in this HD due to i live so far away, the reason i was looking for the packout boxs and it lead me to this store and i had a question and an employee name Mr Hunter in tools assisted me, got to say he is a top notch employee ya don't meet to many employee's like him.... Thank you sir....

I have shopped at Home Depot for over 20 years (all over America). The employee at the self check out at this location thought that I was stealing, when in reality I had two orders. I paid for the first order without scanning the other items on cart, as soon as I made first payment and pulled my card out of the machine, she asked for my receipt because I had not paid for the other items. I was shocked and embarrassed. I did not pay for the other items yet because these were two SEPERATE orders for two different properties. I expressed to her that I had not paid because I needed to keep the flooring materials separate from the light fixtures. I was NOT walking out of the store, I was just pulling out my card and folding my first receipt. I had NOT even made a move towards the front door, when she asked me for my receipt and said what she said. Either she is just rude or have not been properly trained on how to assist customers with separate orders. It was embarrassing. I also spoke with the manager, Deionanna and she assured me that she would address the employee. If I had made a move for the front door, I would understand her making sure ...no problem. But I had only pulled my card out of the machine and was folding my receipt getting ready to scan the other items. When I told her that I was not stealing and about to scan the other items because I had two orders she responded and said that she had to check and she did not check anyone else receipt. It was awful.. 20 years as a customer and this has never happened.

This location is more knowledgeable and customer oriented. The Associates and the Management Team go above and beyond to assist customers. Ms. Stephanie Newton set the perfect example of what customer service is truly all about... She is truly a very valuable asset to HOME DEPOT #114 and the Community of Morrow

Hey people go to the Morrow Homedepot Store for all you needs. They are so willing to help you. I noticed they do not have a high turnover in the staff on the floor and they know their jobs and you also get to know them. I love this store. I went in the store to purchase a light. I was feeling awful low. My mother had recently passed and I was having a hard time finding the light. The store manager saw me and asked if she could be of help because she noticed my tears. I explained how I was feeling and what was going on with me and she was listening and I know she heard me. I could not find my receipt for that light and didn't know if I could get another one. She gave me the light and wrote down her name on the receipt and said if I encounter any problems to please come see her and wished me well.The Morrow store is a caring, helping, clean,place to shop. Go there today!!!!!!!!!

I love this store, just need to be rich so I can keep on shopping here

This is the 2nd time, Im inclined to write a review, the list time was some time ago and I forgot the name of the young man that hello me at the lumber department with some lumber cutting. The 2nd time was this weekend , when I had the pleasure of dealing with Brennan in hardware. The kid knows his stuff and has a great demeanor. He can multitask and take care of several people at the same time. I spent some time at the store, and he was always busy or helping someone. Definitely a great employee and someone to use as an example to show what great customer service can be. Please clone the kid!.

Maybe I shouldn't be writing this review now because I'm still fuming. I don't know if I'm more disappointed with the product I purchased or the service rendered. I replaced a leaky 40 year old water heater for a new one. Only abour 1. am in the morning I discovered the new one had been leaking all over my floor. So I immediately called the plumber who installed it. All he said was cut the water value off, which I couldn't nor my neighbor It was too tight. When I asked if he could come over because of the emergency situation, he just hung up on me. When I called Home Depot the next morning to complain, all they said was to wait until Monday when the contractor's business is open!!!!!! How's that for customer service after spending thousands of dollars in their store. All I can say is good customer service will go a long way for a business, maybe even bring in more customers and longevity.

The store is great and most of all the employees are the bomb they are so kind and friendly always willing to help that is why I go there all the time great training!!!!

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Store is clean and it's easy to find what you need. It inspires me to do different projects.

Employee named Earl in the hardware department needs to be re-trained on how to talk to customers. Total Jerk and refused to help us.

The Homedepot at Morrow is always clean and neat with a wide variety of items. It is well organized and has great customer service.

Kimberly the cashier was very helpful. She helped me to get my Homedeopot credit card. And make me feel welcome to the store. Mr Anthony from flooring is the BEST!!!! Always educating me about flooring and always and a good mood to help the customers. He should be the employee of the month. I come all the way from fayetteville just buy floor material from him.

On a recent shopping trip I had a very pleasant experience. While shopping, there was a price discrepancy with a floor display and a shelf display. The cashier on register #3 "Annie" made sure to get the Manager on Duty "Janet" to assist me. Janet took the time to walk with me to verify the errors. Janet then assisted Annie on the register to honor the prices listed. This was excellent customer service and I am very pleased with the level of care at this store.

I'd refer this store because previous shopping has been pleasant, however today was horrible. I went to the flooring area and 2 employees were having a conversation about there work hours and time off. I walked by them 4 times and not once did they ask to see if I needed assistance.

Most of the employees are not friendly and lazy, the pretend to be busy and just talk too much with the other employees, they don’t pay attention when costumer is needing help, specially in the wood area, but all the store in general... and Paint... paint is a pain in the behind, the dudes are just stock up people.

Outstanding customer service

The customer service associate was very rude and obnoxious and I would not go to this store ever again.

Have a few thoughts for this store. I’ve been shopping there for a long time, everyone is always friendly and very knowledgeably. I know managers come and go but the manager you have now is always on his toes, always friendly and always speaking to his customers. I love this store and would not shop anywhere where else.
