Big Kudos and Thank You To "Dre." It's been a long time since I could shop at a Home Depot and encounter an employee with actual "Knowledge and Know How". Dre taught me how to make a crawlspace door. He took me down every aisle to show what products I would need. He was AMAZING. I did not plan to make the purchases. BUT, Dre saved me big money on labor and my door came out spectacular!!!!!!

Vanessa is the best cashier hands down. Store staff super helpful and friendly.

Simple errand to purchase lightbulbs, and screws from my local Home Depot. Immediately entering the store greeted by sales rep. Lately depending on the project I'm working on, I started to use the shark bite connection for anything that got to do with water, I call it quick connect, and it work perfectly. It's a time saver and very good product.

I do not have anything bad to say about my shopping experience. It was more of the purchase of the product that I selected. The cashier had no greeting upon my arrival at the register. The only thing I was asked was… Do you want a receipt. She did not even thank me for the transaction. Act like you appreciate your job. If it wasn’t for customers, you wouldn’t have a job.

I am always pleasantly pleased by the employees, products, service & prices when I go there. Even though there's another home improvement store closer to me I'd rather take the drive there.

I visited another Home Depot store prior to visiting this location. The service at this location was exceptional. Everyone was helpful and polite. I visited this location twice in the same day although the other location is closer to my home,

Stacy assisted me with loading my boxes onto my cart. Mikaela was excellent at the register. Chris was at the register to ask if I needed assistance with loading the boxes into my truck and he and Jaylen got the job done.

Store is clean, easy to find something, The service is good and easy for returning I will be back.

Roosevelt in the garden section was very helpful and informative in my decision making process, and Annie at checkout was very kind and polite. Both have great customer service skills.

We stopped in at Morrow GA HD to cancel a partially completed delivery order. This was a difficult process that showed us some dedicated patient employees, and some that were not able to make things happen but kept their cool. Without going into the details of the Call center, Home Depot Text service, Cascade Store and Morrow Store.. The Morrow GA returns desk team of Shanel and Stephanie along with 2 other ladies that I did not get their names worked hard and with concern to help us cancel a messed up delivery order. They are excellent people. employees and I was grateful to meet.

The team in the equipment rental section have always been wonderful. Super attentive, friendly, and helpful.

Manajorie is an exceptional person who happens to work at Home Depot. I came in around 8 in the morning to return a plethora of items. From various purchases with no receipt. She was pleasant, like genuinely happy to engage with me regardless of the ugly transaction. It would do the Home Depot a great service if she was promoted to a trainer role to teach many of the other associates who don't fare as well in the mornings.

The Store alway clean, I like shopping there. The products ,you can find. The employees is friendly and knowledgeable. Smart.

Lately the store employees seem more knowledgeable of where to find products and more ready to be helpful.
