one of the sales floor associate there i couldn't see her name on the apron but her and the supervisor and the cashier harass me and humiliated me in front of at least 10 or more customers accusing me of putting a clearance tag on one of my items i was purchasing from their clearance area once i complaint of their behavior they now said oh no we didn't mean anything like that we were just saying that you had your zipper down they were so rude and un-human kind ugly attitude, ugly customer services.

If someone is hired to do customer service they should do exactly that. It is unbelievable that so many people are working and yet all seem bothered to help. Maybe customer service is not your career.

If I was reading it just on the service that I received back where the dishwashers were I would give this all the stars. Corina uncertain how to spell it was amazing. She knew what she was talking about she was friendly and efficient. I even went back to ask her her name because I think she deserves some kudos for this. I like the store but sometimes the employees are just a little less than helpful.

The assistant manager Freddy was awesome! We came in looking for pencils for work and he went above and beyond to make sure we left with said pencils. Thank you again!

The aisle people for help are to few and far between. This is an ongoing problem in the three stores we use. There are bright spots with the other areas like checkout.

The is the primary location for my shopping, both for business and personal. My family has shopped at this particular location for many years and have invested thousands of dollars at that location. It happens, of recent months I have operated as the Facility Director for my local worship community. We have been blessed with a Voucher, as assistance. We are a 501-c3 organization and serve our community vigorously. Home Depot and the management team there, has been a part of our mission and our human expression of help for our community. Therefore Home Depot shares in giving back, along with our organization. Another location, Pigeon Pass, has been extremely helpful to us; especially as we approach our third annual Community Day the 23rd of this month. Their manager has helped in a BIG way. We remain grateful for the spirit in which Home Depot gives back to our local community.

This has got to be the worst HD store I've ever been in and I go in to a lot of HD stores on a weekly basis. Store is dirty, no help available after 6:00 PM, no carts available at front entrance, merchandise blocking most of the isles, impossible to check out with large lumber or other big materials, all registers closed only self check out open. If you have a choice I would recommend going somewhere else.

All coworkers were very friendly and helpful. Store was nicely decorated and clean for the new season. Everything was easy to find.

Could not find what I was looking for initially, but a associate stepped right up, helped me locate exactly what I needed. I really like the overall helpful staff.

Poor service and items under wrong price tags ( from poor stocking) . Store makes mistakes and does not honor them. Cashier just standing around ignoring the help request from register had to ask for help even there was a help request. Cashier sent to aisle to wait for help , no one came. Told cashier as I was leaving she didn't even care. There plenty of other places to buy what I need to have to deal with this kind of service.

Always stocked greatest employees in retail

This store has no customer service. All the employees were rude and I asked a couple of them to please help us one of them just straight out laughed and goes that’s not my department. Then I waited 45 min for them to get someone well they keep calling mike and he doesn’t show up till the hour mark only to just tell the other 2 how to do it and he was mad because they kept calling him. To say the least it was the worst experience ever.

I love coming to this Home Depot because of the constant great service and easy transactions. They always have what I need and the new order online and pick up in store has made life much smoother. Specifically the store associate Hannya has been a constant help and when I come in confused she is always knowledgeable and leads me into the right directions. She deserves more recognition because she is the reason I continue to shop here!

Everyone in paint department at least the morning crew (only times I’ve shopped at this store)are very helpful nice and patient make shopping easy great suggestions

The management team is extremely rude and we will never be shopping here or at Home Depot again. We have never been talked to like that before in our lives by an employee let alone a manager of any establishment especially just for walking our cart through their cramped aisle ways. The manager waved her hands at us like we were little kids and with an attitude told us to “c’mon” and as my wife walked by her after I already went through with the cart told her “you’re welcome” with the same attitude. 1. She’s the employee, we don’t have to say thank you for doing your job and making the customer feel they are priority over anything else. 2. If she was pleasant, we for sure would have said thank you even though it’s not required. Like I said, never coming here or to another Home Depot again. We’re more than willing to drive to to any other competitor even if it is just for something that costs us $17 total

The store was nice and neat... Everyone was nice especially Savyea!! She was very helpful even though they didn't have what we needed but she did her best!

Allyson, Karina, and Moses went above and beyond to take care of my problem. An item I ordered through the website was damaged, and I had to return it to the store. Frustrated at having to go back to the store to exchange it, the employees did everything in their power to make sure that I left satisfied. I have always had good experiences with the employees at this site, and these three were exceptional.

There is an associate named Guillermo that works at this Home Depot that is always very helpful respectful and knowledgeable he always knows what I need when I go in there. When I asked other associates they tend to go to him for all the right answers

My husband and I have been going to this store for many years and have always had good experience in all aspects of being a consumer. GOOD JOB to all the employees for making it always a pleasurable experience.!!!

I told and showed Cashier, Mayra my military ID, she acknowledged it and when she gave me the total I asked her if my military discount was applied and she said yes. When I got home and looked at the receipt, NO she did not apply my military discount; she was too busy talking to a friend cashier in the next aisle.
