During the last week or do a fellow church member and I purchased numerous items from this Home Depot. I have shopped there for years. The store has never been better managed, employees more helpful and friendly. That is always a positive reflection upon the managers and supervisors. That atmosphere encourages shopping. Their customers are valuable to them…a pleasant difference-these days, especially!

Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, would shop again. I have shopped here again, for the past 10+ years! :)

Been going to Home Depot for 13 years, so far they have been consistent with the help…Happy with services just few waiting with appliance department but understand the demand of the job., still satisfied with service at the end… Keep up the work and continue with interaction and be helped to customers.

When we faced a challenge, finding the right solution for our job, Susie, Q was an excellent resource and had us through the very busy line in record time. Thanks again for service above and beyond!

These two girls are awesome I work nearby so come a few times a week to get materials for my crew at March Air Base and I look forward to seeing them and know I’ll be well taken care of if I walk in and see Millie or Suzy Q they are the shiny stars of a great store

If you are getting flooring done at your home, see Suzanne. She's on top of her stuff and the vendors who install the flooring. 10/10 recommend her to be your flooring guide.

I was really frustrated trying to find the products I was looking for and even though Kelli was extremely busy she stopped and took time to get me help. Alexis grabbed a cart because I was carrying too much. Amazing customer service that you just don’t see anymore.

Customer service on My most recent visit was very good, floor associate Jeff and cashier Susie Q were. Garden Department was a bit messy and muddy (No rain for the last few days, some drizzle). Home Depot continues to not offer tap/NFC payments such as Android pay or Apple pay... Home Depot, please join us in the current century!

I needed help getting items from a high shelf and Terry helped me out. He was very friendly and helpful. I also had an order pick-up issue (my error) and Edwin was very helpful and accommodating. I was extremely impressed with the customer service experience I had.

Sara was awesome. She anticipated us needing help in the light fixture isle. She was happy to step over from a floor meeting to grab a light fixture on a super high top shelf. She advised us of the similar light fixtures and we decided to buy them all! Thanks Sara.

Sam in appliances was great. She was very knowledgeable as we shopped for a dishwasher and helped us navigate difficulties that arose with our order.

Went to thd to get some tools for Ryobi days and was treated respectfully and quite quickly. There was a mix up that was resolved promptly and I can’t say how helpful everyone was.

Uplifting. Did not mind helping in this day in time where people hide from work

Waited almost 35 minutes to get a pallet of roof shingles and the store wasn't very busy poor service staff members were just walking around
