They have a great crew from paint to lumber! I’m grateful for the advise they provide to save me time even if I need to spend more money! My time is limited for projects so every minute helps

I normally have no trouble getting what I want at this store but couldn't purchase driveway coating because some employee didn't want to be bothered to get more pails down from a high shelf so that I could get 3 pails. He told me to come back later. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. I often get items at this store because it is on my way to and from work and very handy for that reason. I have never had this problem before.

The guy that looked like Indian Jesus in the paint Department was awesome. He helped a lady find the correct department for what she was looking for, which isn’t the normal experience. Rochelle at checkout was real nice too.

Don’t expect any help from the employees if you’re trying find anything in this store. If they see you coming they run or try to look busy. If you can pin someone down it’s likely they have no clue. They seem poorly trained in customer service and store inventory. Why would an employee refer me to some other company’s website?
