Very helpful quick and easy purchase of an over the stove microwave

Bad experience with friendly but unhelpful poorly trained staff. Wasted 20 minutes of my time until one gentleman finally knew what he was doing and found the item I was looking for right away. I tried to provide feedback to a manager and did not seem to care. Shop at this store semi-frequently but tonight was a bad experience.

Helpful staff and store is organized.

Almost typical Home Depot... but when we were searching for the paint aisle, a staff member saw the confusion on our faces and actually asked us what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. Thank you, sir! Then, at checkout, people were being directed to self-checkout, which I don't usually use. We were directed to checkout aisles at the other end of the store; then, they used the self-checkiut to check us out. Thank you, ma'am!

The store is neatly organized and it’s always a pleasure to walk in. Anytime I asked an employee for assistance they were more than helpful to provide assistance. The friendliness of the employees really makes shopping delightful at the store.

All of the employees are friendly and helpful and when you have a problem one of them can help you to find a solution. I've never been disappointed in the help from an employee.

The appliance salesman we had was very rude and condescending. Treated us like we had o clue what we were doing. Also snapped at a customer cause he was standing there with his arms crossed “staring” at him—stating he would not go any faster because of his stance. Called to cancel the order and the customer service rep defending the salesman’s actions as he is the top salesman, then hung up on me.

The personnel were all very helpful. They got us the best deals possible with delivery in a timely manner. Thank you!

Do not use tank exchange! Waited over 15 minutes! Went back into the store twice to ask what the hold up was. Finally a nasty person showed up. After another 5 minutes of him entering things on the machine he had to use a key to open the cage anyhow. He didn't offer to help load the tank into my car, turning his back and walking away. He didn't even put the empty one in the cage. Very disgusted since the tank exchange was more costly than other places that do the whole process quickly with assistance!!!!

Associates very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and make the shopping experience a pleasure. Products are brightly displayed aisles plenty wide enough and even more easier to check now out with the scan isles. Store is always clean and even on a busy weekend, you can find someone willing to help you.

This store has great employees who are very helpful when you are looking for certain products. They are well stocked and the employees have a very good knowledge of their products and how to use them The store is extremely clean and organized. Definitely deserving of a 10 rating!!!

Thank you Kim in the lumber department for helping me cut down lumber to fit in my vehicle and Paul for a quick and easy check out on 06-17-20 at 1:57 pm. Employees at this location are very kind, store is always extremely neat and you can ALWAYS find an employee within moments who are absolutely willing to help unlike some other Home Depot’s when you walk around forever looking for someone! This is a very nice store and I always have a very nice experience. The employees are also very knowledgeable in their dedicated departments.

Truly a great store for DIY home projects. Employees are very helpful and polite. I shop at this store because I have learned a lot from their employees to do home projects. Customer service is great. Arrangement made for COVID-19 social distancing are great and made me quite comfortable shopping in the store.

Store is always clean and not overcrowded. The staff is genuinely nice and helpful. Easy access and big parking lot. I prefer this store to the one in Warrington due to the bigger parking lot and it being less crowded.
