Stay away if at all possible! No customer service on a regular basis. They required lumber customers today to navigate aisles too narrow for lumber carts and check out in regular cashier area. Ridiculous that no cashiers were available at lumber area registers.

Marien in the paint department went right to a color that matched perfect from a random picture I had from pintress... now my neighbors and friends all love the color of the door! I would have been there for hours trying to figure out the right match! Love the paint department! And she was caring enough to be wearing a mask to protect myself and herself as numbers continue to grow in our town... great shopping experience!

This store is a disaster and impossible to navigate. It is staffed by overworked personnel that look right through you when you want help.

Had a great shopping experience at home depot this past Saturday. I haven't help like this in a very long time at this home depot.

Perfect customer service, and availability of merchandise was phenomenal! The store was clean and the Covid 19 guidelines were handled very professionally!

Very good employees in lumber

Cashier was very rude and unhelpful. I asked if they price match and she told me no. The app clearly states that they do price match people in town. then she would not help me find the right price for the boards that I was buying and just charged me a higher price. Will not return

I was in desperate need of toilet paper, like many others in light of recent events. I had an employee reach out to me while I was in line waiting to get in, and offer to put back two packages for me so they would be ready at the service desk. This was above and beyond!

Amazing employees. I felt at home

I'm a self employed contractor. I shop only at Home Depot. Last year was a great year, this year is starting a little slow. Though I've been buying there for several years, one gets to know employees. Now I use the customer service desk for all my orders. I know I can get a discount by going through the Pro Desk, but unfortunately, the orders are always short and never ready when they say it will be ready. Then, of course, everyone passes the buck to the employees who where supposed to pull. EVERYTIME! One employee at the Pro Desk who, as far as I'm concerned is Laura. Now, though I'm not getting a discount, everytime I order through customer service desk, your employee, Tanika has won my business. Shes very knowledgable with the store products, she extremely friendly and when she tells me when it will be ready, its ready. If you had a dozen Tanikas and Laura's, you'd have the perfect store.

This is a great place to buy all your home improvement needs if they don’t got it they ship it and u just might get treated like part of the family.so don’t be supprised

I love the tools here and they have very nice cashier's. My experiences have usually always been good.

Despite the current national/worldwide situation with Covid-19, we were able to shop for home projects at our local store with great assistance from employees to find all the items we needed.

Wonderful service from Madison, she was very helpful in finding my product and getting delivery and payment made!

The last 2 visits were very pleasant, especially due to the employees that waited on me. They were not only helpful, but had a genuine smile and seemed to enjoy their job. Even during the busy Christmas shopping time with the isles full, there was a sense of calm and respect among employees and shoppers alike.

LaBecca was incredibly helpful and kind. She stayed, after she had already clocked out for the evening, to help me and did not seem irritated by the inconvenience at all. She made sure the correct discount was applied, even though it was not popping up in the system. I can not say enough kind things about how helpful, friendly and polite LaBecca was :)

Store is organized and clean. Employee that assisted me with a repair on the 1st visit and a purchase on the 2nd visit was friendly, knowledgeable while offering suggestions based on the information I provided him with. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service and would not hesitate to return for any other products of interest to me.

The employees at the homedepot is in particular very friendly. That is however, when there is help. It is very difficult to find someone to help there at this particular homedepot. Once I went to this home depot to the kitchen department and the the only person there to help was out on lunch and had gone for longer than two hours! That was absurd! I was frustrated because I had traveled for more than 45 minutes to see someone, and to get there and no one was there to offer their services was highly disappointing. I hope that the homedepot will improve their customer service. Good customer service makes for happier customers.

There were 2 very good associates in Lumber that helped me the best they could Dec 13, Friday at around 7 AM. The fork lift operator Javier and the spotter Ellen are 2 very deserving folks that need any form of promotion and recognition. In fact Javier should be the supervisor instead of the one on duty this same morning who is not too kind to customers or employees and abuses his authority with stern inflexibility. Virginia is also a super associate and this store should do whatever is necessary to retain her for as long as possible. Take good care of Javier, Ellen and Virginia Three employees went above and beyond the call of duty: Javier, Ellen and Virginia. One employee did NOT help at all and in FACT made matters worse which was the manager/supervisor over the Lumber section this morning Dec 13, Friday at around 7 AM. Instead of making life a little easier and SAFER, he made the situation worse really by cleverly using "Safety Rules" as an excuse to being very, very, very unkind. Santa knows who is naughty and nice for sure in this situation. Javier is and extremely sensible HD associate with a natural talent to be a leader and he really should be a supervisor/manager of some sort. He recognizes customers needs and when someone could use a helping hand he is does not hesitate to go out of his way to assist customers. When a customer makes a simple reasonable request, it should be regarded as something that could help especially since many customers may have unseen health problems. A leader should be able to recognize a need to be courteous to a customer and be open minded about the situation instead of using rules to hinder that need. Refusing to be kind is NOT leadership. Authority figures that are "bullies" should have some education for customer care that is positive, not negative as the lumber supervisor on this same morning. The store upgrades are top notch. While changes are shocking to some at first the store has really done a great job in helping everyone from employees to customers adjust. The parking lot upgrade looks super, but maybe next time when the parking lot needs repair please consider angle diagonal parking which is so much safer and reduce the over sized speed bumps that show obvious signs of being too large for vehicles to pass over without body frame damage to the under carriage. The bumps/humps immediately in the store front are at a reasonable height but the ones out in the middle section are made too high and need to be reduced. I am a loyal HD customer and this store has a warm welcoming feel to ALL customers. Odessa is fortunate to have this store and the team that is included with it. Thank you Odessa HD for "Nailing It."

We have a large special order coming and we have also purchased other things and appliances from home depot. I was very upset with the store for not getting to me on my orders. I had several dates for delivery and tried to call the store for 3 days to get this right and finally on the 4th day after I was going to cancel my order and never shop in Home Depot again I got a call and an explanation on the mess up on the deliverary date which I am still not happy with it but have no choice. After I finish paying for this project I may not shop for major deals in this store again. Thank you for letting me vent my frustrations. Please tell employees the phone calls should be returned immediately to figure out a solution for your customers

Mangers were absolutely terrible. The only saving grace was the girl helping us with the job. I was going to walk out.

I usually do my shopping at another similar retailer only because I get gift cards from relatives to use that store but will certainly tell them to get me gift cards to Home Depot from now on. Recently I had to rebuild a deck and get some treated lumber and materials. I shopped prices online and found Home Depot was lower priced and material availability was better. As soon as I arrived at Home Depot I was greeted by a young man who asked me what he could help me with. I showed him my list; he took me to each bin and loaded my materials onto a cart, wheeled me to check out and thanked me for my business. Won't find that at the "other store" I guarantee you. Great shopping experience for a change!!

The employees at this store are always friendly and helpful. One in particular really went out of her way to help me! Julie went through a lot to find and retrieve an item I wanted from just below the ceiling of the store! A really big thank you, Julie!

I'm replacing all the faucets in my house and had looked online to make sure the store had the ones I wanted in stock. I needed some from the top shelf and was able to find Julie, who immediately grabbed a ladder and got everything I needed. She was so friendly and had a great sense of humor! The store was clean, well marked, well stocked, and I'd definitely come back to this location.
