There one lady in this store that makes you think Twice about coming back she’s by far the rudest cashier I have ever dealt with at Home Depot

When you finally get someone to help they are very knowledgeable and help to the best of their ability.

Look for Audrey or Cody! Awesome employees who literally know where everything is and are so helpful! Great ideas too! They really helped me out today and made my life less stressful!!!

Today I went to the store to get a few items for a project. I went to the check out area on the West end of the building. THere was a man and woman in line checkign out in front of me. When it was mine turn to check out I pushed my cart up to the counter to start unloading it for the cashier to scan. The cashier jerked the cart out of my hand pulling it towards her, her name was Patience according to her name tag. SHe never spoke to my wife or I. She took all items from the small front part of the cart scanned them and dropped them in the larger part of the cart. Once all my items where scanned she just walked off. I continued the payment process with the card reader. I had to walk around behind the plexy glass divider to get my own reciept. once I did that I had to bag all of my own items. I even addressed it with the cashier when she walked back by. I stated do I have to bag my own items. She just looked at me and walked off, I did bag my own items. I left the store and while in the parking lot I called to speak to a manager instead of causing a scene in the store. I was on hold for 22 minutes and 35 seconds the amount of time it took me to drive home. Once home I looked on line for an email address or alternate number to call and complain. I was unable to find either so I am writing this review.

Your management has made a grave error in judgement to enter their political bias in the Georgia voting law results. My $38,000/year business with HD is going somewhere else. Too bad. I really like doing business with your Midland Pro Desk.

I like that there was alot of Associates available to Help me out. I was able to find the Items. It is nice that the associates kept their Dept. clean, straighten , etc.

I find an eagerness to be helpful amongst staff and associates and to be informative, experienced and insightful and almost always find what I need easily

The custom service at this store is AMAZING!! Ive shopped at Lowe’s my whole life until today. Glad to say Im a Home Depo customer for life now because of this store and its employees especially the checker that helped me at the end. She was AMAZING and went over and beyond her requirements as a checker. I had 4 lumber carts and a regular cart. She watched them for me as I continued to shop and even helped me take them out to my truck and load them when I was done. Can’t say enough about the customer service I received today from every employee here. Im remolding so I have a-lot more materials to buy over the next few weeks.

I had the most pleasant experience in the Home Depot recently with an employee whom I have seen for years but almost never talked to. Taniki moved from service desk to the Pro Desk and I finally had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with her. She was most helpful and patient . She asked me questions about the order made sure everything was on the order and went so far as to make suggestions which actually help me out in that had she not made those suggestion I would not have remember to get certain items to my order. Thank you for helping me with the details of the order. Thank you Taniki.

I found everything I was looking for. I got assistance when I couldn't find what I was looking for. The store was clean and tidy. The associates were friendly and helpful. They greeted me when I came in and thanked me when I left and even welcomed me back again. What else can a customer expect?

If you’re a contractor and have to go to the pro checkout, ask for Matt, he’s amazing!!

Waited for 30 to 40 minutes for a customer service associate to come unlock a drill battery, which are located right next to the registers.

If you live between Lubbock and Midland, go to the home depot on 50th street in Lubbock much better.

If there are people all over the store as lazy as the old black woman at the windows desk then noone should be shopping there because she was fking rude and lazy.

Store employees were very knowledgeable and friendly during my visit. Staff members were cleaning their areas. I would recommend the Midland Home Depot to anyone looking for anything they need for their projects.

Gary in the paint department was fantastic! With his valuable expertise and advice I’m confident my project will go smoothly! Shame on Home Depot for not having hand sanitizer readily available throughout the store or cart sanitizing supplies available. Covid-19 has changed the face of retail shopping and public places- retail stores must adapt to protect and provide a safe environment for their customer base. Home Depot CAN do better and should do better.

The paint department was horrible. Lady (Juanita not friendly) not friendly at all not helpful, and takes her time. Doesn’t seem to care for what you need or what’s in your best Intrest waited for 15 minutes for my paint and was there waiting for other 15 to even get any help. After got help didn’t asked what I needed got my old tub of paint and went from there. Went off to help someone else and left me on hold for another 20 minutes went ahead and helped myself pretty much.
