Employees were very helpful in finding a price for an item, find lids for plastic bins, washing out a flower pot that had spiderwebs, taking the heavy flower pot to the register, & helping me load several bulky items into the car. Employee Jae, & her supervisor Blake were wonderful!!!

Helpful associates on a bad day to shop - the day after Christmas, when I would expect shorte than normal supplies of items - in my case a 1/4" DeWalt impact driver.

Has all you need. One recommendation - employees should ensure customers are always being helped.

This shopping experience was one of the best I've had in a while! Suzanne helped me pick up my online order from the locker by walking me over and explaining each step...I've never ordered store pickup before.  I also needed outlet timers for my Christmas lights.  She walked me over to where they had been previously (things were moved around for black friday) and even though I told her I could wander around and find them she located them for me. She even pointed out the ones she uses before returning to her computer. As if it couldn't get any better, as I was walking towards the self checkout she called me over and said she could ring up my order right there. THEN she told me exactly how to set up the timers while she was ringing up the order. I just installed them without having to read the manual or watch someone else do it on YouTube first! I'm sure you already know how amazing Suzanne is, but just in case you don't let me tell you...she deserves whatever it takes for you to keep her as an employee. She really went above and beyond to provide the type of customer service you just don't get anymore. I really felt like I was shopping at a mom and pop store, with someone who cared about my purchase. I will definitely be giving Home Depot (and this location in particular) more of my business because of this amazing interaction.

I went in lost at how I was going do do my DIY project and associate asked if I needed help so I explained my plan that I was trying to hang some metal art on my roof and he suggested copper pipe strapping. omg came out better than I expected. Blends in perfectly thank you Store was clean well stocked and staff is definitely friendly and helpful

I wasn't able to make it into the store so I called in. I spoke to Michael in appliances and he was very professional and very friendly. He didn't hesitate to help me find answers and he never hesitated or sounds like I was bothering him. He went above and beyond to help me find place my order.

Went to the Mesa Riverview store this morning to purchase a new dryer. Personnel we're very friendly, knowledgeable and sympathetic to my dilemma, and pointed me to exactly what I needed. I enjoyed my shopping experience enough that I will be back next week to buy a new refrigerator!. It's a Win" Win situation for me already. Thank You

Jerry from plumbing was exceptional. I would return to Home Depot solely due to his help, attention to detail, and outstanding work ethic.

The garden shop has a large sign outside that says the doors close at 7pm. I double checked with the cashier that the doors closed at 7 pm. I ran around getting what I needed and about 15 minutes early, I noticed the doors were being closed. I questioned the 7 pm closing time and was told by Nancy that they close when they feel like it and I was welcome to take by items to the other end of the store to check out then push my cart with 24 bags of steer manure through the parking lot back toward the garden area where my car was parked. This is wrong!

I've always had a great customer service and friendly service from the pro desk area
