Would not recommend for home appliances. OK for a gallon of paint or a 2x4. Ordered and paid for $3500 of appliances thirty days before delivery date only to be told two days before delivery that one is backordered and Home Depot will not deliver any of them by our due date. Went to local competitor that was more than happy to help us.

Kristin helped us, she was so knowledgeable about the washer and dryer we purchased. She made sure that we knew all our options and even made sure any instructions were entered on our purchase delivery. She explained every step and made us feel very good about our purchase. We will definitely go back.

Friendly employees make this a great place to shop. I go in sometimes not really knowing where to find somethings and someone is always there to help and even walk me to where the item is sold. If you need an appliance, ask for Marty...he's the best!

Marty Raphael in appliances is the go to man in appliances. He was so incredibly helpful and worked to get me the best deals. For a "box store" it has a great hometown feel to it. Marty even called me to verify my delivery date and time...excellent customer service! After the appliances were installed, I returned the plug-in cord that came with the dishwasher. (I didn't need the one they sent). Dave in returns was very helpful and personable. This store is a winner!

This Meridian store has terrific employees. The customer service is outstanding. I called ahead to see if a specific microwave oven was in stock. It was and I said I would come get it. When I arrived, Kristen had already pulled it down from the shelves and had it on a cart with a note, "Customer will pick this up." It was her initiative that did this. Penny, the cashier, was wonderfully helpful even before I was ready to check out. I am partially disabled, walk with a walker, and really appreciated the extra help. When I drove up to the door a pleasant young man was already waiting there to load it in my van. Smiles from everyone, courtesy, and efficiency. Very customer-oriented employees at this store. It is my preferred location now for home improvement purchases. A very pleasant experience.
