THIS STORE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE THE MOST DEPRESSING HOME DEPOT TO SHOP AT.. I LITERALLY WILL TRAVEL TO EAGLE TO SHOP THAT HOME DEPOT.. BUT I WENT INTO THIS STORE.. AND I WAS SHOCKED.. SMILES ON FACES.. CUSTOMER SERVICE GALORE.. WAS A VP VISITING.. DON'T KNOW.. BUT IF THE FACE OF THIS STORE IS CHANGING.. I WILL RETURN.. KNOCK ON WOOD...

Susanna has always been very helpful. She always is looking out to make sure that I have everything I need. Always greets with a smile!

This location has the best employees and customer service!

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received today while in the store. Tessa at the self check out, was absolutely wonderful and assisting me and downloading the Home Depot app and enrolling into the military program. Outstanding.

Very glad I checked out the refrigerators at Home Depot. Wide variety of fridges and good prices. Friendly staff, knowledgeable in their specialty and caring of your needs. We teach these values to our staff - Refreshing to experience!

We go out of our way to visit this store. It's so hard to find friendly and skilled employees these days and this store is full of them! We almost always find the products we need and the shelves seem very well stocked.

If you are looking for a new door screendoor or windows contact curtis in that department he is very knowledgable and helpfull at the meridian idaho store

The staff here is awesome, I just wish this was closer to my house.

Cost to install water softener was more than the cost of the softener, was not given a price on the install until the work was complete, only took 1 hour to install on a pre-plumbed house and cost was >$500, more than a doctor visit!

This is our go-to Home Depot for most home prep items. They have a lot of variety of plants during spring and summer., especially garden veggies.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because the associates are always friendly and helpful. I was going to purchase a utility knife identical to the one I already had, and the associate who helped me recommended a different one. I took his advice, and sure enough, the one he recommended was far superior to the one I had. It's the things like this that make shopping there so good.

Ordering a custome Bespoke refridgerator is no joke! It is confusing, time consuming and frustrating. I visited Home Depot twice trying to order a fridge, to no avail. I stopped by tonight and Shelia and Marty helped me, and wa la .. after a while they had my fridge exactly how I wanted it on its way in only 10 days!! They both were dedicated to making sure this order was possible. They both went above and beyond for me, and made the transaction fun, professional and most of all cared about my purchase. I can’t not thank them enough. I mean who orders a pink fridge? :) this girl

Cashier had issues pulling up the right prices of items I bought then argued with me that the computer was right and there was no way to change it

I was looking for an item when "Kenna" approached me in a professional and courteous manner. It was determined that the item was located at the top of the display shelf. Without hesitation she stated that she will need to get the ladder and quickly returned with it. She then retrieved the item and then asked if I would like a shopping cart. She quickly returned with a cart and then proceed to load the item into the cart. She then assisted me to the cashier, "Lori", who then conducted the transaction, and was also very courteous and professional. These two "Ladies" were respectful and knowledgeable. "A great shopping experience all the way around".

Thanks to Kevin we know what floor we want and how much we need. We also had a great time and Kevin brought our nerves down as we talked numbers. Kevin helped us figure out how to preview flooring in our home as well! He was an amazing help

Great folks work at this store. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Sean who then directed me to the Pro desk where I met Matthew whom I’d been working with on our floor installation. Matthew was extremely helpful and professional. I’d recommend Home Depot to anyone!!!

Tiffany needs customer service training

The employee who assisted me accused me of attempting to return an item that he believed I had not purchased. The employee was presented with a receipt and still questioned the return. The store requires training on anti discrimination. I feel I was discrimated due to my race. I will never shop at this store again.

I love Home Depot. Great materials, great prices. Friendly and helpful staff.

I found it . . . or I should say, an employee led me to the right spot. It took several steps--employee helpers 1, 2, and 3--but all three gladly offered help, and the third time, the staff member located the product and quickly walked me to it. Good product and range of prices available. Accessories available. Friendly finders.

I went to home depot to buy a 3000.00 mower, and a bagger. After the clerk was found and was happy to sell me the mower, she said she would check on the bagger. None in stock so I said that it was fine if they could just order me one. She checked with the manager and the manager said that I would have to order the bag myself on line. They didn't do that. I told them that the mowere wasn't any good to me without a bagger. They said I would have to order it on line they didn't do that. I did not get the mower without the assurance that I could get the bagger. Very disappointed. I spend between 20,000 to 200,000 a year at home depot but have been consistently disappointed over the last 8 months with the service.

I’ve always felt that the employees care about the shopper. It’s even more obvious since SARSCov2. I can call the store and they help answer questions over the phone, etc. I like to purchase online and then go pick it up. They load the items into my car and always with a happy voice. (I can’t see their faces because they wear masks, but I hear a happy tone in their voice.)

Thank you to Keena for going above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable. Customer service was amazing.
