The store was very busy when we shopped but there were people to help us in every department we were in..they were helpful with our selections.

Great store. Was short on time and Bonnie, in appliances, was able to take the dimensions of my current refrigerator and pull multiple models for me to look at, was knowledgeable on branding, reviews, what brands get served for maintenance (whirlpool) locally rather than not (Samsung- which I HATE Samsung products and was in a seven month dispute with them after my washer died two years out from purchase). Bonnie was able to keep my budget in mind and not make me feel pressure to be up-sold beyond my comfort level. I was able to get a model I liked, with an add-on. She made it seem like the was interested in the product, rather than that I was bothering her, explaining and offering product details beyond what what questions I knew to ask, but felt were important. My three year old and I were in and out with my purchase made in under 30 minutes. She explained delivery thoroughly. I work full-time, so I was able to pick a day where I could escape the office in time to be present.

We are thankful for Heather! She is always energetic and helpful when we check out!

i know i would be sooo lost without this store. we really depend on it when ever we usually need anything. we built our huge barn like garage with all the lumber from there five yrs ago, and it is so close to where we live, 2 miles. So we save alot in gas.

Employee that helped us with an order, that came in incorrectly, made the entire experience easy. She was professional and knowledgeable. The entire staff that we encountered along the process was courteous. The store was busy getting ready for the holidays but was not cluttered with merchandise out of place and all recently received stock in cartons was organized and neat. As always, this store is the one I go to for any home needs.

The store is very clean and safety is number one priority when it comes to there customers. If you can’t find what you’re looking for they go out of there way too help you. I’m right in the middle between Erie Home Depot and Meadville Home Depot. I much rather go to Meadville than Erie any day. Great staff.

on a recent visit to your store I dropped a certified letter that I was carrying in my coat. I did not discover this until I got home-needless to say I was upset and called the store in hope that someone found it ( I didn't have much hope ). The next morning someone named Tina called & said the letter had been found ! Just wanted to say THANKS !!!

Evey is awesome so is the guy with the grim reaper tattoo, he helped my son find stuff for his science project.

Living in Edinboro Pa., ..and we are in the Meadville area, we do so enjoy the kindness, the helpfulness of all the employees.. Their willingness to go out of their way to help out a customer..

Only go there because it is the store in the area with the best selection. Never anyone around to help or if someone is there...they ignore you and keep on talking their personal life. It is always a mess with pallets, ladders and boxes stacked up in front of the products.

Although sometimes they do not have the exact product I am looking for they can be helpful in finding a similar product. The casher that helped me through the self check-out was VERY pleasant and helpful. Her name is Peggy and I say thank you again for your kindness and help.
