I would recommend this store overall however, was in there today and was waiting my turn to ask a question to the guy in paint Roy and he sees his friends and just starts taking care of them meanwhile I had been there 10 mins waiting and when I said excuse me I had been waiting to ask a question he was curt said this girl can help you and as u was walking away said to his friends "who cares" horrible customer service on Roy's part the girl Emily I I beleive was her name was exceptional and if not for her I would have left all my stuff. If this is how I will be treated I have no intention of going back I will shop at Valu home center and online. Is a shame because I have shopped af home depot for years and have spent a TON of money there, but my experience today with Roy in paint, has me taking my business elsewhere

No practicing of COVID 19 STATE regulations. Many employees without masks and no social distancing. Carts not sanitized. This all puts health at risk.

Recommended with one major reservation: I make a lot of trips to this store, but am reconsidering after the store has quit enforcing the face mask requirement by the state govt. I wear one because I am at higher than average risk. I do not enjoy it at all, but understand it optimizes my chances of not bringing this virus home. I am very unhappy with managements decision not to do anything to enforce this, aside from a poster at the entrance. I am an old redneck myself, but have little but contempt for my peers who are so self-centered they feel they are 'too cool' to wear one. Again - it's as much to prevent YOU from spreading the virus to me & my family as it is to prevent you from picking it up from someone else, so - even if you don't care about yourself - you are putting the rest of us at risk. I would ask the company to get past the lip service and demonstrate actual concern for the health and safety of the rest of the customers, as well as their employees & families! Just put somebody back at the front door to monitor & make sure everybody who comes in is wearing one - properly! Not letting the nose stick out. Air goes in & out of there too, you know. But not that kid who kept his face buried in his phone. I walked past him at least 5 times, and he never looked up.

I always have good feelings when I go to this Home Depot the only thing I didn’t like today was the treated lumber was just about out and I did some different thinking I am still got the word I need it

The associates go out of their way to help.

Make sure if you buy a product at this store it’s not damaged, we even ordered a product only for them to pull the damaged product we told them about and try a give it to us

The home depot is a good and reliable store. They are also doing everything as safely as possible in these times to help insure the safety of everyone in the store, employees and customers. Thank you.

I always enjoy shopping at the home depot. I always find what I am looking for. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Given the covid 19 situation, I can't see how this store's employees could be any nicer. They have more to do while wearing masks dealing with lost or bored quarantine weary home improvement non specialists and experts thru plexiglass I'm not sure how they maintain good attitudes...I should be on a first name basis with more of them since I seem to be there frequently these days...but a special thanks to Kevin who helped us with an exterior door purchase and Grace, who shows that and more as the untrained legions attempt to check themselves out....Keep on keeping on!

The store is fine. Customer service and management is the issue. They swore up and down they can’t sell a John Deere Tractor with out some Gold Star check, blah blah....anyway I bought a mower in stock, to get a call saying “sorry” not available...okay, ordered a different one. This one, after I got it home to really dive into; I realized it was missing parts!!! I called the store and customer service and management basically told me I was crazy and they couldn’t sell a JD mower if it wasn’t complete and 100%....well that certainly WAS not the case. I call back a week later (returned from vacation) to resume trying to resolve my issue. I connect with management and the guy tells me he has a JD premium bumper laying on his office floor, not really sure why or how or what it was for??? Yeah, I’m crazy or an “unreasonable” customer!!! I think not!!!! Do yourself a favor, if your making any purchase big or small that may or may not require customer service GO ANYWHERE BUT Meadville PA Home Depot!

The expierece I received was nice to walk through the Meadville Pa Home Depot Store #4169. The store was very clean and I asked for help to find some bolts I needed for my project . The employee was very professional. I was very pleased with her. a special thanks goes to Cashier Grace she was very curtious:) :) Thank You !!!

Kevin in millwork and Evelyn the cashier made my shopping experience so much more pleasant their knowledge and professionalism was highly respected and made for a great visit to pick up my supplies this is why I return to Home Depot keep up the great work hats off to those two individuals for their professional assistance and helping me

Incompetent staffing. Dakota in Lumber argued that he could not cut strips of MDF Plywood, 2 pieces at 5" width, as anything under 12" is not safe. I understand this. However, when I said lets cut this 49" wide plywood to 44' wide, then recut the 44" remaining piece again at 39" that was ok. Really? Where is the common sense. I also understand that you do not offer precise cuts, that being said, how can multiple pieces of the same measurement be almost 7/8" different. Then to I get to the check. The cashier Brianna, first not even greeting me, asked where the barcode for the MDF Plywood was, I stated how am I supposed to know. I instructed her why don't you just utilize the Online Cashier Book and look it up using the number of colored stripes, which she did not know how to do,I then instructed her how to do it (which is clearly not my job) and then asked where I got the product (ummm the plywood aisle?), then instructed me to go find another sheet with a barcode and bring it back as she does not know how to find it on the Online Cashier Book. Are you serious?

Positive note: check out was excellent and cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. Negative note: Majority of the purchases I need were made in China. No option to buy USA made. Floor staff was rude, unhelpful and overall spent more time avoiding customers than doing anything. I watched a gentleman struggling with his purchases ( which were sizable) 2 employees walked past the man clearly having trouble and didn’t offer to help. I needed up assisting the man to get his purchases out the door and stayed with them while he got his truck and helped him load. Staff members came and went and never offered assistance.

My husband and I do a lot of work Painting Flooring Remodeling Electrical Windows Lightings Plumbing Decks Ceiling Titles We have also bought appliances from Home Depot. We needed a stackable washer and dryer smaller than normal for our trailer. Home Depot delivered the stackable and the delivery guys put it in our trailer within 5 minutes we were very impressed. We love Home Depot it has all of our supplies and more. Prices are just right as well.

Only recommend this store as it has the best selection, but not because it has great customer service. Customer service associate was very friendly, however a department associate was not available to answer our questions about a new toilet. We had to get it on the cart ourselves (64 and 71 years of age), but did have an associate help load in car.

store was very clean and they were taking all the steps necessary to have a safe environment to shop. tina was our cashier and she had a very good sense of humor and was very polite.

Very clean. Very friendly staff and easy to find what we’re looking for. We didn’t need assistance but was at least asked if we needed help with anything. Erie Home Depot employee’s just look at you and walk away. Thank you Meadville Home Depot.

I love shopping at Home Depot. The staff are always quick to assist and the employees never hesitate to fully explain a process, even though I am a female. It's nice to be treated like an intelligent person that can complete a project, regardless of gender.

Great place to go for all of your project needs. Friendly staff and usually lines are not terribly long.

I visit this store quite often. I have never found any dirt or messes. Everything is clean and well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful if one need assistance. Employees seem to be well versed as to where items are and I have never encountered any problems.

Every buddy is always willing to help they make you feel like you’re family

The Home Depot in Meadville is the best. They have everything I need for home projects. It's easy to find what I need and the workers are very friendly and helpful. Every time I have bought lumber there, I was always able to find what I want and the quality was good. I love this store. There are other Home Depots close to me, but I prefer this store.

Overall satisfaction with the employees and cleaness of the store was great! Organization was perfect and was easy to find everything I needed!

I love home depot. I am always doing some kind of home improvement project on my old house and I can always count on finding what I need at home depot. I joked with the cashier as I was checking out today that I hate coming to this store. She said," why?" and I said that I always seem to be buying things for projects I am working on which is okay and I like, but when I come here I always seem to get excited about my next project. It is never ending and truthfully I do enjoy doing these projects on my own. I feel that female do it yourselfers can complete the jobs they want with a little guidance from your employees, and that is exactly what happened to me today. Looking at my next project ---flooring, your employee was very willing to share his experience and I was convinced I could do this job on my own! I am getting excited for that step.
