David Satzman was top notch. He went out of his way to show me window treatments. We talked about prices and he let me know about a sale that was going on. He also explained to me about measurement and install options.I signed up for home install by store.

Nicest Home Depot me and my family have ever been to.

The store is clean and not overly crowded. Employees are friendly and helpful with great customer service. The prices were very reasonable as well. I live closer to another home improvement store, but drive here because I prefer this store and its great service.

The Home Depot in Broomall is above the rest in our area. Always have someone to assist you who knows the store and can help you with your issue.

I am so very glad that I visited this location today. I was there to purchase a fan. My fan, my tall Oscillating Pedestal Fan ceased to work yesterday. Well alas, the family had another fan in the basement, not as nice as my previous oscillating fan, but it got the job done. It was a floor model type. The family managed to survive last night, sleeping in the heat, with the floor model type, but I knew that today, I was purchasing another fan. This brought me to this location of Home Depot. I have patronized many locations of Home Depots, but my shopping errands brought me to this area and I stopped here. After a visit to the restroom, I was looking for the fans. I thought I might need some employee assistance, but I managed to spot the fans when I left the restroom. They were Lasko Fans. There were about six left and I hurried up and I grabbed one of them. The box was so lightweight, that a baby could have picked it up. So then I went to self checkout and then I paid for it by cash. I left Home Depot happy and skipped away. When I finally arrived home, my brother and I read the instructions and assembled it, quickly, without any trouble whatsoever. It was easy and convenient! Thank you so very much and Thank you Home Depot! Have a very blessed day!!!

Best experience ever. Put a sold sticker on my large purchase right away. Had it at customer service at the appointed time and help me load it into our truck! Seamless great experience.

Marva, a cashier in the Nursery section, was extremely customer service oriented to me and noticeably to other customers. She had an very friendly personality and I could tell she was just a genuinely good human. That is very hard to come by these days. Marva should be valued as an exemplary employee and I wanted to let Home Depot know they should be happy to have her. She wore a big smile, had a friendly nature and assisted every customer as we came through her line. THANK YOU, Marva!! :)

I went in with the hopes of getting/ordering new kitchen cabinets and was pleasantly surprised to be help by Billie Jo in the kitchen design department. She guided me through the process working with my measurements and budget to come up with a wonderful design for my future kitchen. She is a wealth of information with many years of experience and has stayed current with trends and innovations. Her suggestions and input were priceless. She knows what works in a kitchen and what doesn't regarding products, surfaces and hardware! It was such a great experience and I am so excited for our new kitchen. I knew I was in good hands with Billie Jo!

This has been my Home Depot for 13 years and I give alot of money to the men and women in ORANGE. I'm 55 years of age and even worked at the South Philly Depot when they were the only one in this region. I have been a customer in many locations. This one by far is the best one. I say that because of your staff who go out of there way. Its alway clean, well lit with minimal out of stock issues, at least as far as my needs are. Keep doing what your doing and share this with your team and thank your hiring person.

Horrible experience in rental department. Young male sales associate in the rental dept. I had to go far above the typical to prove there was a problem with the equipment rented. Being a female, the young man assumed I did it incorrectly despite having read and watched the video. Most important I have used the same machine before I was treated as though I was incompetent! Unacceptable!

I absolutely love this home depot especially my favorite guys in the paint department Bill, Isiah, and Joe always are available to help me and take care of all my needs ! Im in this store atleast 3 times a week lately and i always see Bill and he always makes sure to give me a helping hand ! Although i dont know the other employees names i have never had a bad experience here from the door greater to the paiting and to the flooring department! I cant thank them enough!
