I bought a door yesterday, and Eyan went above and beyond make sure I went home with a great door.

Easy access ...Great nursery for the diy....Wish they had regular old fashioned grass seed though. The kind without blue fungiside that is not harmful to children.

The help is always ready to help and if they don't know something they take the time to find out. Great, friendly, home town store.

Allways have what I need

We had a great experience when recently purchasing paint. I was in the store 2 times in a week. Bill Miles, the associate working in the paint department remembered me and helped me pick out the correct paint. On the 2nd visit he even let my daughter mix our paint. It was a fun trip and Bill was so friendly and helpful!

Every time I shop at Home Depot, in Marple, I seek out Patricia. She is very focused on providing good customer service. The rating for Patricia was a 5. The surveys are a 1.

I always have a fantastic experience at this store, from managers Jeanne and Scott who have both helped me numerous times, to all of the employees, it's a great store.

Great prices, mostly full stocked, quick in, quick out. Always someone there to help you find what you need.

I have been to other stores, since redoing our home and both daughters homes I have never had anyone help me the way Bill in paint does. He is always friendly and answers any questions I have

I went to the store to purchae a exterior door. I was extremely satisfied with the gentleman and co. that came to do my measurements, but that ended my satisfaction . I waited over two weeks to hear back from the store to proceed with ordering. I never heard so i went tostore the manager was very anxious and was complaining that the system was down and would contact me when up. I waited another week never heard from him I call the measurement co, that handle that and they instructed me on what to do. They also answer all my questions of concern. I t a shame they work with Home Depot. I finally made my order from their instructions on line. I have not got instalment yet hoping everything goes well.

Always have a wonderful experience at the Marple Home Depot. It's literally my go-to store. It's always a pleasure. And the staff is on target helping everyone out.

I had an appliance extension cord and the receiving end showed brown and was melted a little bit. The associate looked at the item, told me to get another and he gave credit and charged in the same transaction,

My experience at this location was amazing. I was greeted by a gentleman named Giuseppe. He was kind, patient and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable about the product I was seeking and he made my day more special! This location is out of my way however I will be back due to Giuseppe kindness. Thank you so much

This guy Bill in the paint department is AWESOME. Ask for him. He will go above and beyond to help you get exactly what you're looking for and tips to get the job done right in one shot.

Andrew was very helpful in making sure I received a military discount. I couldn’t access my account (until afterwards) but I received it anyway. I realize now that I gave him a different phone number than the one my account is associated with. But Andrew was able to find it for me nonetheless.

Paint is good quality

I’d like to give a shout out to Gary in windows/doors at the Broomall PA Home Depot. I was looking for the flat spline for replacing the mesh on a screen door. Gary informed me that hd doesn’t carry it as they don’t carry those doors. He proceeded to recommend several other stores. More importantly, he gave me a tip for the job to spray the spline with windex to facilitate insertion. This tip made the repair possible and I was extremely grateful to Gary. I had looked on YouTube and this was definitely not on any videos and it was a really great tip. I called Gary to thank him and thought others should be aware of how helpful he was today! Thanks again Gary!

The people here are consistently cheerful, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable and seem to take a personal interest--indeed pride--in making sure your questions are answered and your requests are satisfied. Manager Bob Roselli has created a happy workplace evidently, which manifests in the way his team treats those who shop here. He has made it clear that at this Home Depot superior customer service is Job One, and we weekend DIYers are the lucky beneficiaries!

We were looking to replace our over the range microwave and range. The sales staff, David, aka “Google”, was very knowledgeable, helpful and offered practical advice regarding our intended purchases, and went above and beyond to get us best price/financing for our choices. Thank you Google! Will definitely go back for any future purchases at this Home Depot location!

Husband and I both needed assistance on obtaining a product that we didn’t see on the shelf. We wasn’t made to feel like a bother when we asked for help. We were asked by multiple team members if we needed help, while waiting for the other team member to grab all the safety measures they take to bring items down and clear the aisles.

Behind picking up items that are in stock this Home Depot is useless for anything else. Nobody can figure out what they’re doing
