One f the better Home Depot’s around the employees always go above and beyond to help me find what I’m looking for

Our Home Depot store is a must shop store. Everyone is so helpful and knows what they're talking about, when questions arise about a project or product. The store is well laid out, neat and orderly, making it easy to find the items you need.

Customer service clerk was awesome, great attitude and was happy to help me. Keep up the great work!

My visit was great. I had help when I needed it from a couple friendly associates. Directions to what I was looking for (new shower head and wood stove pellets) as well as hints and tips on how to put it in. I would shop here again however, there needs to be clearly posted what items do NOT qualify in the veterans discount. Heads up, I was told ,tons of pellets do NOT qualify unless you buy more than 6 tons. Otherwise, my shopping experience this trip was great.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED AT ALL THE ATTRACTIVE YOUNG LADIES AT THIS STORE. NOT HAVING SCHOOL FOR THE YOUNG LASSES MEANS THEY CAN GO TO WORK AT THE MANCHESTER STORE. HOPEFULLY THEY NEVER GO BACK TO SCHOOL AGAIN. HA, HA JUST JOKING.

Clean, items on shelves were easy to find as organized, friendly staff.

Best Home Depot staff of all time. Really a great place to stop if you need help getting the right things for a project. In particular plumbing stuff and customer service and checkout staff. But the whole store was very impressive in a time most stores aren't impressing with attitude. Thank you

New home owner so i shop here a lot, people are friendly and when there is something i don't know there is always someone available who does. Paul in plumbing is great and whenever i work with him he makes it a better trip.

To protect my microwave, I use a power strip with power surge in case the unexpected happens. I use the microwave more than any other appliance. I could starve without my microwave to prepare and reheat my meals. I found an inexpensive compact power strip with the surge protection at Home Depot. Like many of my projects around the house, Home Depot has the materials I need at a price I can afford. Thanks.

I always find that the employees in this store really know their products and where they are located. They are always so nice, helpful, and available to speak with. And I appreciate that this store usually has everything I need, in stock. This is definitely my go to store for home products.

In the garden shop, plants are frequently unwatered and wilted. A regular watering would help.

I have been shopping at this store for 20 years. I feel as comfortable shopping here today as the first day twenty years ago. I usually shop online to find which store in my local area ( there are two )has the item(s) in stock, the location in the store (isle & bay) and the price before I drive down to pick up what I need. It takes the surprise out of finding an item out of stock and making a trip to the store unnecessary.

Being home the last few months, I have done a ton of projects. The associates at the Manchester Home Depot have been a great help for me. I have gotten help with paint, purchases lumber and got great advice on building a grape arbor and the final project is sanding the living room floors. It has been great to have some experts handy to help me understand each project.

Just make sure that they water their plants when they get dry

lack of customer service and employee incompetence has driven me to the competition. while the distance may be further the service and knowledge of the employees makes it worth the trip

Everyone we've encountered who works at this store is super helpful and friendly. They really seem to care about whether or not we get what we need and that we have the right product for the job at hand.

At check out one of the cashiers forgot to place my bag in the grocery cart. When I got home I called Home Depot and they denied that anything was left behind. I drove back to the store only to see that my bag was still sitting with the cashier who rang me out.
