I'm shocked, embarrassed and appalled to learn the HD doesn't honor veteran discount on lumber anymore. When I served, I served for ALL without restrictions or only when it was convenient. HD should be ashamed of this policy shift...

I stopped in to buy privacy film for our church's bathroom windows. They had such a nice variety of products from which to select. The one I bought even looked a bit like stained glass. How cool is that!

Able to access what I needed

I’ve been at Home Depot in a weekly basis since purchasing my home in July 2022 & have yet to have a bad experience at the Manchester location! Everyone, especially Doug in appliances, is so helpful & friendly. They never make you feel as though you’re bothering them for asking a question.

A few days ago my husband and I went into home depot on March Ave which we do on a regular for any odd and end projects not be in construction or hand man per say but when we do and explain what we're trying to do always direct us in ways to do it and what we will need. The employees are always so friendly and atmosphere is so inviting. If we have question we ask whatever employees we come across If they don't know the answer which is usually rare they go and find someone who does to get us an answer. Keep up the great work everyone see you all in a few days..

I came looking for a norfork island pine for the house, & ask the cashier, who headed me it the right direction, & I found the exact tree that I was looking for at a great price.

She was so sweet to us out-of-staters and made all the difference! Everyone in the store was very kind! Thank you!

Convenient location, always has everything I need and fantastic customer service

Everyone is nice when you are buying something.When you have a problem you find out how good a store is.Biggest nightmare is when the computer says NO or even worse company policy says NO.Jessica was not phased that I was one of those customers[one with a problem]She helped me with a smile.It was like it was her problem.I could not of been treated nicer.With the help of her manager Alex they solved my problem.It took both of these people working together and THINKING to work this out.The answer was not in the company policy handbook.The answer was in there hearts to be good to me and treat me with respect.Homedepot is now my #1 store.

I’d recommend this store - assuming you know what you want and who to talk to. I wasn’t approached by ANYone until I was working out math on a hardwood installation. I was ignored in the kitchen appliance dept, and the kitchen install area (practically FELL over one employee sitting at a desk). No one approached me until it looked like I had legit questions about a floor install. I was prepared to make an appt for a consult for a kitchen remodel (to the stud) and… while I waited expectantly for someone to say ‘hey! Whaddya need?’, I got bored waiting, for 15 minutes. I don’t know about you, but my time is important too. The guy in the flooring area was very helpful - gave me info I didn’t know I needed, beyond my questions. And now I’m somewhat better prepared to talk to someone about replacing a floor. My review guidelines - I found the product I needed - no thanks to anyone in the building. The site helped. I wanted to talk to someone about a kitchen remodel - was ignored. Never approached. I wanted to talk to someone about kitchen appliances (for a new house) - was ignored x three employees. I wanted to talk to someone about a flooring project. Got information and help. Wish I caught his name tag. Was the store clean - as clean as I’d expect a HD to be. Were the associates friendly? Eh…. Those who talked to me, sure. The many who ignored me? Not so much. Were the associates helpful? 2/8 were. Sure. The other six? Well - I have some advice for them: pay attention. Customers want to give your company money. When you ignore the customers, they won’t give your company money. When your company doesn’t get paying customers - there’s not much need for unhelpful associates.

They sold me a lawnmower as new and it was dirty and used. Even had gas in it, and maybe oil but it did not come with the tool to open oil canister. Would appreciate a call back

This Home Depot was great with customer service. From walking in the door and getting multiple greetings from the service desk to leaving the garden register with the associate thanking me for shopping (I think Nicole was her name)? Very friendly store with easy to find products for an easy trip. Manchester Home Depot hasn’t failed me yet.

This has got to be one of the worst stores in New Hampshire. Store is a mess and the help is not caring or willing to assist. They have been hiring very young people with no knowledge of the trades and they could care less about helping the customer. The last three trips to this store resulted in not being able to find the items that I needed..even though their on line web site indicated the items were available. Concord NH or Their competitors are much better alternatives.

The online ordering is completely abysmal when the app is working. When I show up for an on line order...15-20 minutes are spent hunting for it. Other times the lockers fail and I have to wait for a manager to unlock them. Many times you can't get any assistance to save your life. Other times, you can't take 15 steps without an associate in your face. I've grown to absolutely hate using Home Depot.

The store is clean, well stocked and contains professional and knowledgeable employees with great customer service skills.

Employees in garden are knowledgeable and friendly. Area is clean and products are readily available.

The store was spotless well maintained and full of employees willing to help! It was seamless from entrance to exit. I had a great experience!!!

Just came here to say that Bailey at the customer service desk, has always be patient, cheerful and helpful, even when I had extended issues with a return. I really appreciated that. Also, Asst. Manager Nick made my return right this time before I even knew there was a problem. Thanks so much!

Just came here to say that both Doug in the kitchen area and Matt in flooring were super helpful in getting us what we needed.

I've always found the people at this HD to be friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The cashiers are friendly and the person at the self checkout is always on the ball.

Thank you to Ethan and Tyler for helping save us a lot of time and manual labor. Instead of just pulling out a pallet as we asked so we could load blocks and bricks onto carts, they grabbed a fork truck, built us a new pallet, wrapped it and loaded the 1700 lbs of materials in the pickup. Thank you for the exceptional customer service to both of you!
