This morning I had to return the toilet repair parts that I purchased yesterday, because the toilet to be repaired was a GLACIER BAY model and none of the parts would fit. So the return was very simple and very quick and the associate was very skilled at what she was doing and the whole process took about 2 minutes. And she smiled and was nice and that made the visit better than good.

the employe4es where helpful , not oily did they tell me where the item was located, they took me there. The employees where very friendly and helpful, I shall be returning tothis store....

The associate Cliff Marion in Millwork was very helpful, as well as the Assistant Store Manager Chris Levitan. Way to go guys. Keep up the good work.

This visit I needed a toilet flush lever and some lumber. The lever was exactly where they had been last time and so getting that was easy and quick. The lumber needed selecting and none of it was as nice as I had hoped it would be. But it was in the rack in an adequate amount and so I found four pieces that were OK. The checkout worked very well, the lady directing the self checkout made it run very smoothly, and so it went quite fast enough. So this trip was as good as it could have been.

Emily, Larry and Micheal went our of their way to assist me with a special order and with professionalism and a smile were willing to go the extra mile. Returned calls promptly and was a great experience start to finish.

There never seems to be adequate staff, and it's always near impossible to find the right help. I have shopped this store many times, and it's always the same issue.

Early morning shopping here is the way to go. Fewer people and no waiting to check out. Even better, there are some clearance items along the entrance aisle. But it has been a while since I have seen items that I want on the clearance shelves. . And at 8AM there are more good parking spots available, as well.

This visit was in a rush to buy the items that I had overlooked in a much earlier sopping visit. I found exactly what I needed quickly. The checkout line was very long but it did move faster than I thought it would. So the time it took was not so bad, but I do find that earlier morning visits are much less crowded.

Bought a tube of caulk after I used it saw it had an expiration date of 2017

Mid-afternoon on a hot Saturday and lots of people in the store and I was in a hurry to buy a replacement flush lever to repair a toilet for a client. The flush levers were very logically next to the flush valves in the plumbing section, and there was quite a selection on display. I located one that matched the appearance of the broken assembly I was replacing, but was of a far better construction. The price was reasonable and even with the longer line the checkout was quite rapid. The only part missing was a friendly cashier to talk to as I was checking out.

Chris in Lumber & Ariana mgr in lighting are Terrific & Awesome. However the Cashier Jennifer IS RUDE and acts like a NUT JOB.

Store makes little attempt to ensure facemasks are worn. There are store employees that don't wear any facemasks or even have one. Masks are usually worn below the nose

They have to organize better. Your system to have items down the walkways where no one can shop with out having to move heavy carts with overstock or ship to store items. . Your store is not that big

Shopping here earlier in the morning was far better than at noon a few days ago. No line to wait in outside. And I was very impressed with the service in the paint department, I had not anticipated that the lady would get our paint off of the shelf for us, that is a bit more service than I expect. The only disappointment was that I did not see the specific LED tube lights that I had located in the on-line listing. Not big deal, because I am telling another person exactly what they need to purchase, they will need the help of an associate to get them.

I love shopping at Madison Heights Home Depot store, because they always have the products I need. The store is clean and well stocked. The associate are also friendly and helpful.

In the middle of this plague pandemic this particular store is still serving our community, selling us needed items. Even with all of the "safe" requirements shopping and purchasing can still be done easily. So in this very difficult time I still can depend on this store. The product that I needed was on the shelf in an adequate quantity. The cashier was as friendly as she always is. What more could I ask for??

With the present Corvid 19 Lockdown if effect, this location is taking all the appropriate steps to ensure the safety of their customers and associates. I've literally had three different experiences with the returns cashier, Crystal. EACH time she was VERY professional and extremely friendly. Especially in these times right now, it is important to stay positive. And she definitely is just that.

This store is always well stocked. They always carry a great range of products. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. Many of them have experience and expertise in the various areas of the store (plumbing, building, etc). They have good knowledge about the products as well as where to find them.
