We went to the store looking for one specific item. The tiles were clearly marked making our trip quick and easy. The employees were extremely friendly.

The lack of handicap buggies and parking is ridiculous. There are not enough handicap carts at ALL HOMEDEPOT THAT I GAVE BEEN TO IN THE DETROIT METRO AREA

I love roaming around this Home Depot looking for project gems :-) Marion, my cashier today, was so friendly and efficient and professional, she made my day!

Great customer service

Tom from Tool rental went so far above and beyond to help me drill a hole into my metal accelerator pedal that I needed to be able to connect my hand controls to my car and even helped me find the correct drill bit to get the job done right. This task was not a normal everyday occurrence. even so, Tom was willing to help me figure all it out and made it a stress free experience for me. I cannot thank him enough for all his great work and service. Thank you again Tom from Tool Rental!

Looking for water supply lines for a faucet, what I needed was not in the plumbing section like it used to be. The treasured lines were with the faucets at the north end of the faucet aisle. But I was doing a repair, not buying a faucet. My clients buy a faucet and I put it in, using all new parts from the PLUMBING DEPARTMENT!! But my treasured supply lines were in the faucet department. Lots of them, where a person like me would never look. So I spent quite a few minutes in plumbing looking at the wrong parts. BUT NOW I KNOW where the treasure is hidden.

It was great for me to get my ch frg.

iT IS CHANGED!! Quite a few things are in different locations. Weather stripping and light bulbs are in vastly different locations. It was confusing today. But with a bit of help from an associate I found what I needed and was on my way with a rapid check out.

Every time I visit the shopping experience just gets better. I used to shop across the street, but they can't come close to the customer care, experience and prices found here!! Definitely will return next time

There were a lot of folks in the store but it did not seem crowded. I quickly located the product that I needed in the plumbing section. The checkout line moved fairly rapidly and I was on my way in a short time with what I had come for.

I have visited the store on several occasions for years and have always found what I needed to be available.

Terrible customer service

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Ann made our experience getting paint amazing and gave us a discount even though she didn’t have to. I believe it just shows how great the customer service is at this location.

Deborah and Dewayne at pro desk was very helpful and knowledgeable..they help me with getting all the items I needed for my project.

THERE IS EMPLOYEE NAME MARY ANN, SHE GOES BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHE SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE STORE AND THE CUSTOMER. I did not see her on this shopping trip.

The store is busy 90% of the time I’ve visited. But it would nice if the online app could warn you of services available for an item purchased such as wood cutting and also warning you that the service you need is unavailable, for example my plan when I ordered the 2x4x8ft wood was to have it cut into measured sections, what I ended up doing was returning that wood to the store because the saw needed to cut was down.

The store associates were friendly and helpful. When I needed help in the lumber department/building, a store associate was there in minutes. He was very helpful.

Employees at this particular Home Depot store are consistently friendly and helpful compared with other Home Depot locations.

Nice location with ample parking. Has another big box store practically in the same parking lot. Employees are generally helpful and are always able finding product. Price and selection is good by comparison.

Cathy was very friendly and helpful and she help to pick up the right product for my lawn. Very knowledgeable I wish all the employees were happy to work with the public like her.I always make sure to see the name tag .Because sometime good employees needs to know how great jobs they are doing for a big company like The home Depot 10 star for Cathy. I was shopping at 4PM 5/02/21.

One of the better stocked hardware stores in the metro Detroit area. I have found items at this location that are not carried at other HD's in the area at all. It does not seem to be any larger or special in any way - except the employees and stock seem to be managed better. The Eastland store (for example) is awful. Unmotivated employees and messy.

The employees working there were just about no help, and weren't wearing masks. After finally waiting 40 minutes to get help, the person who was suppose to load my item into my car said to his helper "We have to move his s*** out of the way" and threw around specialized pieces of equipment that were expensive, all while I was right there. Then looked at me when he went to load the item and said "You just gunna stand there??" If you get a loader named Tim, you should probably ask for someone else.
