I bought my anderson series 100 window package in the lynnwood store as the lbitterlake and shoreline location depots in seattle had staff problems, and didnt answer phones or return email quotes. Lynnwood was great and did it all in a day for the quote with a great discount for volume pricing 2 thousand cheaper than 3 other window bids.

Very happy with how I was treated, Glenn, Nicole, and Kelcey are great to work with super helpful, and really interested in taking care of their customers.

Home Depot is usually clean and has stock. The new one at Lynnwood near Alder wood Mall seems better stocked, and the staff seem to actually enjoy being there. Found what I needed for me and made the trip great.

I have dealt with Colin at the checkout counter the last few times I've been in. He goes above and beyond to help!! I guess his # is 4233 00022 81954

The service department manager Gianni was very helpful with making a delivery for us. Definitely recommend shopping here over other big box home improvement stores.

So far our experience with Home Depot is not that good, but Joshua always helps us to get what we want and be happy at the end

Three items on original purchase were overcharged. I returned to store to check 1) my memory of the cost on the isle and 2) get it corrected. I was told to go to the other side of the building to Customer Service. Customer Service employee was rude and did not communicate what he was doing. He also had to get another employee to help him. Completed a credit then recharge. I questioned difference. I was argued with. I was on a time constraint so left only to review receipt later to realize that the correction was incorrect and I was STILL overcharged. The money amount is not at issue in my mind. What is at issue is the integrity of a business that 1) shows a price on the floor then charges more at checkout and 2) who make it difficult for the customer to correct once noticed. How many customers don't notice or don't want to hassle with the correction which in turn creates more profit for the company?

i just picked up some spray paint for a project. i was overwhelmed by the selection of colors and types. always able to find the one item no one else seems to carry. Home Depot seems to have many options as opposed to the one or two options at other box stores.l

I have been a customer of Home Depot for many years. I just ordered all new carpeting for my home. I got quality carpeting and the most competitive pricing. Customer service was great and very helpful.

The store was clean, bright and well stocked. Service was great. The location is great, right across the street from Costco.

We recently moved to the Lynnwood area and were delighted to see a Home Depot nearby that newly opened. Our first big purchase there was a washer/dryer and the empolyee, Philip, was awesome. We also ordered carpet, which also was a great experience, as HD kept us in the loop each stop of the way up to and after the installation. We were very impressed with the contract company that did the install, too.

I was at the new store by the alderwood mall. Nice new store. Big place and large selection. The only negitive is the security. I was in shopping with my lady and we were followed blatantly by security, to the point it was uncomfortable to be in the store. I understand security for theft but dile it back a bit. 3 people standing arround watching you shop is overkill

Excellent service. Surprised so many people were helpful. Even more surprised that the rep walked me over to the aisle and helped me determine everything I needed. The reps name was Suraj or Suragj. The biggest change HD can make when a customer asks where an item is located, please have the floor rep; even if it is not their department walk with the customer to the correct aisle. This not only helps the floor rep to know where an item is located in their own store but also builds the relationship with the customer. Create a genuine need to help others as at the highest level of customer service. Sometimes genuineness needs to be taught as we all have a different upbringing.

Visited the new location in Alderwood Mall last week. I was looking for oil for a rechargeable garden tool. UP and down the aisles, i could not find it. The 2 cashiers i asked knew nothing; the guy (manager?) standing by offered to help. He walked back there with me and have to check inventory in computer before nailing it. I was happy to have his time and help. Thank you.
