Hopped into the Lynnwood store. Rebecca greeted me helped me fine what I needed and helped me out with it to my car. Fantastic customer service

I purchased two appliances and was assisted by managers Chris and Josh regarding an additional request. They were both very kind and helpful and they resolved my request. I appreciate the customer service I receive at the Lynnwood store.

I purchased around 20 pieces of Hardie backer and one the the employees was so nice to offer to help me load all those in my van with a great attitude.

Customer service manager of LYNNWOOD, WA home depot store are very friendly and helpful, customer centered, even if I lost my receipt, he still have options to solve my problem, including testing, and finding the root cause of the failure product and offering discount to new related product.

Got a email to pickup an online ordered item, but on arrival found that order was canceled. :b

I needed to get a key made for my front door. The old one bent and I thought it might break off in the door, It was both Sunday and an emergency. In no time at all I had a key made and I was out the door at Home Depot. I am learning that you have so many services priced so reasonable. Thank you.

Wonderful shopping experience today. Much more so than the store in Shoreline. Although both locations are close to a Costco, the one I. lynnwood is far enough away to make parking easy. Store was clean. Staff very attentive. Lots of selections in the Garden Center.

This store consistently has product in-stock, that may otherwise be sold out elsewhere. They also seem to consistently have the right Personel in their chosen field/isle. All of the above is very helpful when you are looking to get in and out of the store, in a timely manner.

I was helped by Gianni G. the department manager over at the service desk with trying to track an old receipt which was a tough find since I shop with Home Depot pretty much daily and went all the way back to 2021 and found it for me 30 minutes later!!! Great service and dedication.
