We spent a lot of time looking for kitchen cabinet pulls. We were happy with our final choice from Home Depot and with the discount applied that I asked for.

I had a purchased a small toy elsewhere and was unable to remove the security disc. Glenn was so kind and ready to help me. He took care of it lickety split (I had tried earlier and stripped the screw, but he was more knowledgeable and took care of it in no time.) The little toy kept us amused talking to us as he worked. LOL

My husband had a bad experience with another home improvement store and Johseph and Tim at the Lynchburg store made our experience so much nicer. I recomend this store to all other shoppers

Sarrah L in appliances made a major purchase much easier for us. She is knowledgeable and did a super job explaining benefits of the appliances and all the availability of discounts.

I was very appreciated that a worker named Quincy helped me load the stuff on the trailer.

On Saturday April 7 we arrived at Home Depot to buy 25 bags of the Vigoro Red Mulch which had been advertised at a discount. We drove over 50 miles after seeing the advertisement for the Vigoro Red Mulch only to get to the store and find that it was old and brown. Imagine if we had ordered online and arrived to pick up 25 bags of this product. What a disappointment! We don't appreciate being deceived by Home Depot into believing we are getting a good deal only to find that the product price was absolutely no value whatsoever. When we purchase red mulch, we expect RED mulch, not old and brown. What was Home Depot advertising? Last year's product. Someone ought to investigate this and provide truth in advertising. If there was a reason to refund our money because of false advertising, this would be it. We ended up paying $20 more for Scott's Red Mulch and got the product we expected. Home Depot can do better than this.

THE WORKERS AT THE LYNCHBURG Store #4655 ARE THE BEST. I WILL DRIVE THE HOUR OUT OF MY WAY JUST TO SHOP AT THIS STORE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WELL TRAINED, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS A VERY GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FOR ME.

The employees at this store are top notch. They should be considered an asset to the company. Very helpful and friendly.

After multiple badnews in my life had to purchase a new Dryer. Loran was very helpful. Even gave me a hug.

We have been to Home Depot several times as we complete new flooring in our home. When we have worked with Matt the last couple of times, our trip was efficient and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He ensured we had what we needed to get our project completed.

My favorite paint is Behr! It is long lasting, and stands up to repeated cleaning. I have had very favorable experiences in the paint department here, with most of the employees very knowledgeable and eager to help answer questions.

Everything was outstanding at this facility.

Fun to shop with all the help needed. Learn something new and useful each visit.

I usually go to Home Depot first when trying to complete a project. I’ve leaned over time that Home Depot tends to have the parts or tools I’m looking for. The size of the store makes it difficult to find things at times and sometimes help is scarce, but overall I’m happy to shop there.

Once again, shopped at HD, attempted to receive customer support, asked an employee, and had to get another employee, who had to call someone else to find the answer referencing water grates. A lot of HD employees love to keep their hands in their pockets, but can not take them out to help a customer, What's Up? "Work hard, or go home!"

Shawn is the go to guy for ANY question you might have about painting! If you are unsure of colors, priming vs not priming, types and brands of paint, you have to make sure you get your assistance from him. Thank you Home Depot for hiring such a knowlegeable employee!

We had quit going to HD for several years. Today an employee by the name of MacKenzie P helped us and took her time to make sure we had an awesome experience. She even checked the keys to make sure they worked on the tool box that we purchased. We appreciated her paying attention to detail and helping us out today with all of our questions! Lynchburg, VA

Bought this Toilet Seat because of the Kids constantly slamming the lid down so hard. This one, just purchased, says, NO SLAM......Believe it. Great for when you have company. Nobody wants to hear any Toilet Seat Slamed Shut hard enough to crack the thing. This one is a great buy.

Store does not stock 18 volt dewalt batteries. Only available on line. Very poor quality and quantity of 4x4x8 pressure treated posts. Have to register on line to recieve military discount, ID not good enough.

Elizabeth (Liz) check out...Found exactly what I went in store to purchase before she checked me out. Must checkout persons are just there to get you out the door..Not her..She went above and beyond..For that, I am so thankful my trip across town was not a waste..

Every time I enter the store for a particular item or just to brows around. I am well satisfied.
