I have lived in Lufkin 4 1/2 years and am a handy man around the house. Home depot always seem to have what i need and if i have questions the employees have the answers. Very clean and friendly store to make a purchase

I always get good service here, plenty of help and people are knowledgeable. I always think to go to Home Depot first when I need products and help. Clean store and I find what I need easily.

This is a very nice store. I like the atmosphere. The employees all seem happy and happy to help you. That's something I don't get at a lot of places. I had a problem with my new lawnmower and the guy in that department was very knowledgeable about my problem and I left feeling better and with hope for my new lawnmower even though it was giving me a hard time. Good people at this store.

I always like shopping at my local Home Depot. Great service at reasonable prices... i like the app as it helps me locate things easily and it improves my shopping experience.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are always friendly and willing to help. Many of them are very knowledgeable and willing to offer advice on purchases. We have been purchasing from the Lufkin store for many years as we have built, remodeled and/or added on to not only our home but a number of others in the area. We have also visited many other Home Depots over the years, primarily in Houston & in Austin while living there and remodeling other houses. While we have yet to encounter a bad experience at any Home Depot store, we have found the Lufkin store to be exceptional.

This Home Depot always has someone knowledgeable to help you, consistently kind and willing to go above and beyond. I especially love the paint department and the plant area.

This store has a massive problem with employees avoiding customers, ignoring customers, and standing around on their phones, or slumped over buggies or checkout counters. In a world where you can get anything anywhere, it seems like customer service would be an important aspect of staying in business.

Our experience at store #0513 in Lufkin, Texas was one of excellence. They were extremely busy Saturday April 20th,the day before Easter, yet they were friendly, genuine,and un-frazzled. Every employee was professional throughout our entire riding mower purchase, Jami even went the extra mile to ensure same day delivery. Excellence and professionalism were shown in every step of the process.

Clean, well-organized store. Consistent, friendly, knowledgeable service. We have purchased thousands of dollars in items from this Home Depot over many years and have never had a complaint.

Went to pay my bill and even though the store was NOT BUSY, I never got any help to pay that bill. No one working in customer service booth. The returns girl could not even acknowledge my presence to let me know, "Hey, I will get someone to help you." NOTHING. DEAD AIR! Other customers were in the store seeking assistance also and they too were never acknowledged. VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. HOMEDEPOT NEEDS TO HIRE SOME PEOPLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND PEOPLE WHO WANT A JOB AND LIKE THEIR JOB. NO JUST PEOPLE WHO SHOW UP TO COLLECT A PAYCHECK.

Braden and every employee was very very nice and helpful... just moved from West coast and my local Home Deposit had good customer service but couldn't compare to the lufkin store!

The cashier, “Mirttie”, was extremely rude. When I approached the register, she looked at me like I was crazy. She then used an elevated tone with me, which was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. She also chastised a much younger sales associate while she was checking me out. This should not be allowed. This cashier needs to be re-trained on Customer Service skills. I will not be shopping at Home Depot ever again.

No one in the store was anywhere to be seen to help us. The cashiers looked like we were bothering them when we did check out. Bad experience.

This is one of the best Home Depot Stores to shop at, if you want sincere and competent customer service! It is a smaller store than some, but it far outshines many others, with its attentive and competent employees. I manage rental properties and survive many issues with focused questions and the enthusiastic assistance of numerous employees. The store is clean and well organized. The pro-desk and customer service are extremely helpful. The floor reps are eager to help. Orders are competently fulfilled. With the combination of my computer research and such helpful assistants, there is no need to shop other locations. Thanks for years, since 2004, of successful and enjoyable shopping experiences, to everyone at this location! Thanks to the store managers for work well done!

The store is clean and most of the associates are very nice and helpful. Home Depot needs to give back to the communities they are in, by selling discotinued and clearanced items to us cheaper instead of throwing away perfectly good merchandice. I do not like waistful companies.

It is difficult for two people, passing each other, going down an isle because there are little boxes of merchandice blocking your way. I like the special buys and manager specials but they need to be in a central location. I love the self check outs and someone is always there to help. The store is clean and organized but the clearance items are a joke. They are not marked down enough and there needs to be more bargans in the store. That gets people coming in more frequent looking for a good deal while picking up what they need. Especially if there is a spacific clearance spot. Most of the associates will stop and ask you if you need any help but if someone is working on resetting a section that is there only focus and some act a little bothered if you ask for help.

I rarely TRY and fix things, ends up costing me more than having it done. That being said, when I do choose to attempt the imposible and need something-I find a Home Depot!!
