The Cashier Char is so kind and is great at her job. I asked for help in two different areas at home depot and was dismissed. I went to check out frustrated, and Char made me laugh. She apologized for those staff members and turned my experience in to a positive. CHAR is awesome...............................................

Our Lompoc store is wonderful. There are always plenty of employees on hand to help and to the person are very friendly. When I walk in it's like going to a friends house and not a store. People say "Hi", smile, and just plain nice.

Howard was beyond professional and polite after a bad experience at the return counter. Thankfully Howard was called over to handle our situation, he understood our frustration and honored our return - which was actually just an exchange for 2 larger doors (which cost us $60+ more, plus we purchased more items). If Howard hadn’t come to assist the Return Dept Manager, we would have walked out and gone elsewhere for our remodel supplies. Thank you Howard we appreciated your awesome customer service today!!

If you find a item available on the Home Depot website but do not want to have it shipped to your home because of the hours you work, have it shipped to your local Home Depot. I got my pressure washer sent here and it was pretty quick, but I was not. I mean the washer stayed at HD for a week and they allow about 30 days for you to pick it up. Secure and available after work on my way home. Check out was quick and painless. So much better than worrying about it being delivered on my porch and me not there. I got it at a time I wanted.

Love this Home Depot Store. Staff is friendly, some even tell me their latest joke! All departments that I frequent are well stocked and organized. Help is available, even if the section is being covered by someone from another area.
