Very clean store , I was Asked by 3 employees if I needed help

Asked for a product and was give the right directions to it, I did not have to hunt for it.

I’ve been to all Home Depot locations around San Antonio and surrounding areas. This location has consistently contained stocked items and its employees have been helpful.

Did not have one interaction with a associate or anybody from the whole store near my whole time there and in multiple isles and areas found empty carts full empty boxes or miscellaneous parts just laying around only two check out lines are available

Rude employee working at the plumbing section today, June 26,2022. Person has the plumbing section blocked and when she asked me if I need help, i told her what it is I am looking for. Without hesitation and finding more information, she responded with "we don't sell that here." Then later walk back to me and says "If you would have told me you're looking for irrigation tubing..... " But she's the one that couldn't stop walking away from me when I was explaining.

Sam was very helpful getting it for us and putting it in My Truck.

I attempted to use my tax exempt account for our church and the cashier pulled up the account and still refused to honor the exemption because she did not know what to do and would not call a manager. This needs to be addressed.

In store, its great, staff are friendly and helpful. Try to call and no one ever answers.

I was in the store to purchase a toilet for my moms house. Julio helped me even tho he was super busy working and stocking items. He not only got me a cart but helped me by loading the toilet on to the cart. I appreciate even tho that was not his department he still went above and beyond. Made sure I had all my questions answered even when I went to go purchase it o get help loading it in

The associates here make up for the extra drive time. They are always friendly and willing to assist. My most recent visit allowed me to interact with James and Eugene. Both went above and beyond to make sure my visit went smoothly. Because of the people I think I'll continue to drive the extra time when I need things from HD.

Many times I have found items on website I want to purchase but when I get to the store The product was not there and was told the website was not updated. This was not the case at this store. I went online found the item, went to the store and there it was. Was helped by Doug who took me straight to the item. I was one very happy person. One stop shop, my hunt was over for the perfect item.

I have shopped at this location many years and have never been disappointed. The store is always stocked and the items are always available.

Joel was just nice from the moment we got to him til the moment we left he was helpful and appreciative

The contractor that installs the counter tops has no sense of time. We have not heard from them to setup the measurement appointment.

Gary in lumber really goes the distance even if it's not his department. Love Roxy at checkout. Such a pleasant person. Con: an effort to get help in electrical sometimes

Just purchase a 16 x 20-foot shed and Athena was very helpful and patient while we took our time deciding on the shed.

I went in to buy a toilet. I asked inside for a flatbed truck not a basket, I was told to go outside and find one or in the parking lot. I bought my toilet and ask for help to put in my truck. Cashier ask 2 gentleman employees to help me. 1 said I can’t lift it by myself, I said no I just need help help me lift it in. The 2nd said it won’t fit. And both walked off and I was left to do it on my own. Needless to say I did it on my own took time trying not to drop it but got it in. I was so upset I was mad and what great service they give not helping.

I Head my paint matched a couple weeks ago and the color was on point. Several employees greeted me throughout the store today. I needed to have some plywood and sheet rock cut down to fit into my suv. I asked the man that helped cut the plywood, to borrow his pencil so I could cut the sheet rock down but he took it upon himself to cut it for me. He had a great attitude also.

these people are good! If Home Depot doesn't have you don't need it!

I came in yesterday 2/26 pretty late. I had started a project with my wife that we weren’t ready for. Pretty much but off more than we could chew in one day lol we came in three times (and every time we came in everyone was super helpful) this last time I came in I was looking for turf to finish the project I had started. I was completely lost. I came in with an idea of what I needed but was stuck choosing. I was the approached by Tiffany and she was amazing

Mrs. Olga from the plumbing shop is amazingly helpful by far the best customer service that I have ever had at any of the Home Depot locations. It’s clean and organized well employed so if you need any assistance it won’t take long for someone to help you.

I purchased a Echo weed eater that is a excellent product.

If you happen to approach a young woman by the name of Mayorri, be prepared to have one of those underrated and overlooked, extremely pleasant experiences. Something about her attitude and how she carried herself just made you feel a little bit more at ease about your day. Of the thousands of things that can and do go wrong in a day, from work, to kids, to home, this small interaction wasn't going to add stress to my day and that ought to be recognized more often. People who just remove negativity from your life just by existing. What a gift they truly are.

An associate (Lena) lead me to the correct jack for the use of my vehicle and I happy about my purchase and experience.

The people there are always helpful, mindful, and respectful. Can't go wrong getting what you need; along with help if you need it, but to mention a couple of laughs on your way out the door. Great place to shop. Definitely refer.

This is one of the cleanest home improvement stores I've been to! Finding an employee to assist you with questions or getting something off the shelf up high is easy and they are very friendly/eager to help you. The check-out process was very simple and easy.
